Deceptive from the outside of the restaurant, but wonderful when you step inside. Beautifully decorated and great service, and delicious Thai dishes. The Tom Kha soup was exquisite and complex, and the Bangcock cashew with chicken was perfectly balanced with pineapple, carrot, onion, and chicken with the perfect amount of cashews. Even the fried wanton appetizer was hot and crisp, and garden salad was presented with large chunks of vegetable and a generous portion of ginger dressing on the side. Prices were very reasonable for the quality. We will return with friends.

We went in today Dec 28,2025 as a party of 13. We ordered different dishes, fried rice, soup, noodles, squid salad. The only was decent was the salad.
The atmosphere was good and the service was nice. We were served by a Hispanic lady and she was very friendly.
The soup was blend, and all the noodle dishes were very salty. My pad sew eew was under cook and I have to sent it back to have it cook again. The waitress admitted that the noodles they are getting from the supplier this time were not as good as usual.
After they redo my noodles it was very salty and the noodles are now horrible. At first, I thought I was
the only one but then everyone else ordered the noodles felt the same way.
I ask for the owner lady and told her about the experience and all we got was ohh so sorry.
A yes for a good atmosphere and service but clearly not for a good meal!

I’m in town for business staying downtown, but decided to take the drive to this place and ignore the cliche Thai places built for snowbirds.
This place is the real deal. From the moment you walk in your senses are immersed in the Thai culture. The Tom Kha Gai and Penang Curry we’re awesome.

This place is a real gem in Sarasota. I am so glad I found this restaurant. The food is so good, the service is like you’re part of the family, they are friendly and eve spoile you with extra white rice lol the quality of the food is probably the best in the area, and the atmosphere is amazing with great Thai decoration almost like a museum. And the price…. it’s pretty affordable I hope they don’t charge more after seeing my review lol

This was disgusting food. Online price for phad thai was 11.99. I was charged 19.99. But worse the food was horrible. The noodles were very oily. There were literally 4 little pieces of chicken. All was very overcooked. I gsve the chicken pieces after washing oil off to the dog and tossed the noodles. In no way did this resemble any variation of pad thai. It was just disgusting. Very disappointed and will never return.

I got the tofu noodle soup and the green curry with tofu and vegetables. Very yummy. Full of flavor, large portion, leftovers.

Longtime customer, since 2004. Even though I am over an hour away, I come at least twice a month for takeout-to include last night. I can’t tell you the disappointment. The only conclusion I can come to is that they changed the Chef. That was not green curry, that was coconut milk with veggies. While I am leaving a review, I would also note that the dinner portion is now the same size as the lunch portion. It used to come in a one quart container where 3/4 of it was filled and now it is in a half quart container where 3/4 of it is filled. Seriously, I’ve been coming for over two decades. So bummed.
