Great food. Terrible service. I will give them this- my food was outstanding. We will never know if what my wife ordered was any good or not because it was still being fixed when I was done with mine. When we brought this concern to our server/cashier it was met with very little urgency. So we cancelled it and left. Our server/cashier needs more training. I had to go to the counter to ask for our drinks after waiting a while for them. When we told her that my wife’s food hadn’t arrived and I had already finished mine she told us “I don’t make the food” We were over charged and when we asked to see our receipt she brought us the hand written ticket she took our order on. So we ended up paying for my wife’s food even though we never got it. Please don’t make the same mistake we did.

Been coming since it opened. Food quality has improved greatly (basil shrimp is awesome), but it remains a little expensive unless you get a lunch special. Despite the lack of crowds, it often is not quick. The Drunken Noodles (not on the menu) are excellent too. Beef Salad is healthy and scrumptious. Occasional mild language barrier.

I had Moo Satay, Cucumber Salad and Rad Nah with Beef (spicy) and it was all delicious. Only reason they aren’t getting 5 stars is because my order was to go and the Moo Satay leaked out of the container which was the sauce (best part) and there wasn’t a side of peanut sauce.

I rarely write negative reviews, but this one deserves it. I have been a customer of Bangkok since they opened many years ago. They recently changed ownership, and you can tell.
Today, I called in my lunch order. When I arrived to pick it up, I gave my name and the owner/hostess immediately ran out the door looking for someone. Clearly, she had given my order to the wrong person. When she came back in, she said under her breath, “someone took the wrong order,” as though it was not her fault. After standing for 10 seconds of silence, I repeated my name, and asked if she asked that customer HIS name. She snapped back that she was busy because “another customer was complaining about his food and she got distracted.” Again silence, so I said, “well, are you going to remake my order?” She mockingly snapped back, “well, I guess so!” I said, “You know what, just forget about it, ok?”
No contrition for her mistake, no apology, just rudeness. I am done with Bangkok. Try the “New Bangkok,” which has better food, better service, and polite staff – it is just across the street from Walmart.

The same recipes as the old Bankok Restaurant… in a new location. The staff is small, but the food is very good! Depending on the number of customers, you may have a bit of a wait. From my experience, it is worth it!

Never been so I used a Groupon. Had basil shrimp, wings, egg rolls, and crab rangoons. Rangoons were okay, but all the other stuff was absolutely horrible. Will never go back.

I love this place! I judge Thai restaurants by their pad thai, and the pad thai was excellent! Service was amazing! Definitely deserved 5 stars.
