We’ve been going here since the location was in Biddeford. It was much more pleasant then. The food has slightly gone downhill. I’ve recently become allergic to chicken and now I’m not able to eat most things on their venue. All of their curries are made with their chicken soup as a base. Many of their great minions had fallen off and even things like their pad Thai seem oily and overcooked. The other night we put an order in, I got beef Curry with my allergy. I figured a beef Curry dish wouldn’t have any chicken in it. Upon arrival at the restaurant for pickup we were told they used their chicken stock for all of their Curry dishes. Extremely disheartening

First time eating here. I was excited to try the Drunken noodle dish, since most reviewers loved it. It was very sad and disappointing tonight! The tray it was served in was HALF full of oily water. In the photo I’ve attached, you can see my fork in the dish. The liquid was halfway up the fork. Thus, the noodles were drenched in this oily water, and were not coated with any spices. Not flavorful, and not good tasting at all. Tasted like noodles were in dishwater, and were bland!
I did enjoy the fresh spring rolls, and the peanut sauce and rice vinegar sauce that was served with them were both very good! I’d definitely get these again.
I’d return, but never eat this drunken noodle again, but try something else.
I would never go out of my way to eat at this restaurant again. There are many good Thai restaurants, in nearly every town. This food experience was not worth traveling for.

This is hands down my favorite place to get Thai food. I usually get their chicken Pad Thai which never fails to be the best tasting Pad Thai I’ve ever tried. They also don’t kid around with the spice if you ask for it which is a great bonus because most other places spice levels don’t mean anything to them and they make them so mild. Also a huge plus is that the owners is always so kind and provides fantastic service, don’t hesitate to try this place!

This used to be our favorite for take out in the area but something has definitely changed. Rice was mushy along with the noodles in both of our noodle dishes. Changed the tempura ( if you get chicken it basically tastes like chicken nuggets now. Not bad, but not something you expect from an Asian restaurant). Such a bummer, maybe it was sold or something?

Bangkok Kitchen is a five star experience for us.
The customer service is always friendly and warm, with greetings and goodbyes offered with a smile and a wonderful attitude. The owner is extremely kind and welcoming.
The food is always fresh, hot, and of excellent quality. It’s definitely worth a trip back!
They truly appreciate their customers and consistently deliver with a smile.

We ordered three entrees, all with tofu and no meat. Two of the dishes came with meat and no tofu. We had to take the food back after paying for it to be delivered and while they made us new food there was no compensation for the time we spent or the money we had spent to have it delivered. The peanut curry which we ordered because of the mushrooms and snow peas had neither and was just carrot, onion, green and red peppers. There were also no peanuts. I have no idea what they made us but we won’t be eating there again.

This used to be my favorite place, no contest. But in the last month or so they underwent some management changes, and I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried a few things but it was all pretty bad every single time I tried it. They ignore special instructions (like asking to make something spicier), and multiple times they’ve just neglected to put in part of the order. My wife ordered Spicy Beef Pho, and the Pho was not spiced and didn’t have beansprouts or beef. Until they get their act together, I would not go here again.

This place used to be really good, but it has definitely gone downhill recently. This time the food was inedible. Pad Thai was completely dry with zero sauce or spices. I think they must have just boiled some noodles and added a lemon slice? Not even a single red pepper flake to be seen despite ordering 3*s.
Hot Basil had one single leaf of basil and was drowning in greasy water, with zero flavor and zero spices. Unfortunately not remotely resembling Thai food that should be full of flavor.
Edit: I have increased my star ratings a bit now. I made the drive back to the restaurant and took the food back. They were apologetic and were happy to try to fix my dishes. They turned out better, but still not great. They overcorrected and drowned the pad thai in sauce. I had to drain it to eat it. And the Thai basil was still swimming in greasy water, albeit with a bit more flavor. Still no actual basil though. I still wasn’t able to eat much of it. They were kind though and tried to give good service. I don’t think I’ll be back though after the cost and hassle.

Stopped in today to grab a quick bite. The food was phenomenal and the service was top notch. I highly recommend. I ordered the duck with vegetables. Spring rolls and crab rangoon. All of it was amazing and I had enough leftover for dinner. The sauces are incredible as well. I’ll be back next time I’m in town.

We live just around the corner from this wonderful local restaurant & have tried and enjoyed many dishes over the years. My go-to for a sore throat is their delicious Pho, which is always fresh and ready for quick pick up. Bangkok Kitchen is a fantastic addition to Saco!
