Absolutely incredible! The dishes are out of this world and full of flavor. You wont want the meal to end. We came to the bar for lunch and hands down one of the best meals I have ever had! My fiance and I have traveled a lot and we are big foodies. This blew other restaurants we love out of the water. The service was amazing and we felt right at home. Beautiful restaurant. We will be back!

For the first time, I tried this place. Very delicious. Everything is fresh, plentiful herbs and seasoning. The spice (if you ask for it) is just remarkable. Price is well reasonable for the portions. Absolutely worth a try and routine visit/ordering.

The pad Thai was not good – it was really wet, the sauce tasted like tomato soup for some reason, and the chicken was a bit overcooked and dry. The fried rice was also really moist.
They also had Fox News playing on the TVs; it really spoiled the atmosphere.
The service was excellent, though. Very attentive.

I went here on date Night and had the best dining experience I’ve had in Albany so far. The ambiance was impeccable and the restaurant was still love themed. There was a cute place to take pics at the entrance and the staff didn’t mind taking pictures.
They offer complimentary fried wonton chips to snack on while you’re looking at the menu. It comes with a delicious dipping sauce. We got crab rangoon as an appetizer and they tasted delicious. Much better than other restaurants.
I got the red curry and my date got the mango curry. Both dishes had the same base but the mango curry had mangoes and pineapple. I got chicken in my red curry but there was hardly any, just a few shreds of chicken. The upside is that there was so much vegetables in it that you don’t miss the chicken. The food was perfectly seasoned, rich and full of flavor.
The entrees were $15.95 each and were portioned for one person plus a little left over.
We ordered mocktails – I got the mule mule which came with guava juice, soda water, a lime, basil and a cherry. It was sweet with a little refreshing tartness. My date got the thai milk tea boba which was amazing.
The tableside service was fancy and friendly. There is a floral theme throughout with low lights and some neon lighting. There was a beautiful bar. The tabletop decor was elegant. The plateware wasnt cheap cafeteria style, it was beautiful. The table is set beautifully with plates, silverware and a rose themed napkin when you’re seated. I think I saw a VIP area too.
The staff mentioned that Wednesdays there is a happy hour.
There is plenty of parking and I think it’s wheelchair accessible. There is a ramp up to the door but not sure about the width of the door. Call ahead for further details regarding this.

Came here for Christmas diner. Just had one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. Incredibly fresh. Great service. Friendly staff. Ginger salad, pork gyoza, crab rangoon and eel avocado roll for the apps. Incredible. General tso and the mussel entree were so so good.

Food: Food was great, they have Thai and Japanese cuisine. 3 of us had Thai, one of us had the Sushi. Both were great, but why would you go to a Thai place for Sushi.
Service: It was great. Amazing greeters and attentive throughout the meal without being pushy. Worked fast, always smiled. They gave me the wrong order but immediately attempted to replace the entire thing for 1 wrong ingredient. No big deal, they gave me the missed ingredient on the house. Phenomenal.
Atmosphere: Cozy yet open. They had outside seating but there was a wall. It separates the clients from the road so I see why.
Price: Everything is about normal Market level. Bring around 20-30 per person.

Me and my group had an amazing time! I have an allium allergy, and the owner made extra sure I had a wonderful and safe meal. They also have an amazing coconut milk substitute for my Thai ice tea that I think tasted even better than the regular dairy.
The place is extremely open and welcoming to young people. My group of 5 are all in our mid to late 20s, and quite vissably queer and felt very safe and accepted in the atmosphere.

I ordered the mango curry lunch special and the beef pho. The mango curry was absolutely delicious. I do recall paying an uncharted for brown rice though and received white rice so the accuracy of my order was a bit off. The pho was okay. You can tell the food is fresh and made with good ingredients. The pho lacked a bit of flavor and there wasn’t much meat. Overall, the food is pretty good. It looked very nice inside and the woman who greeted me was very nice. I would recommend this dining location and will order again.

I’m so glad this place chose Menands…grateful to have this restaurant in our neighborhood. VERY good food, service and atmosphere. The name may fool you into thinking this is strictly Thai food, but there is a variety here.
