Worst order we’ve ever picked up from here in 20 years. The Pra Ram Long Song was literally half peanut sauce and flavor was bland. Our other order contained small and very few shrimp and also way more sauce than normal. Very disappointing. It’s time to try someplace new!

Trying close to home places.
Walked in about 5 p.m. on a Wednesday on my way home.
There was one group eating in. The place was clean and orderly. The artwork was a nice touch in what is a rather nondescript & non-traditional looking Thai restaurant.
The woman at the counter took my order, once I made an actual decision, quickly and showed a solid sense of humor.
I swear it only took about 3 minutes before I had my food, ready to hit the street. So I did.
I ordered extra hot cuz I like it that way, duh. If the levels are 1-5, from none thru mild, medium, hot & extra hot, I’m glad I went full tilt because it feels like a strong medium. Reference point established.
I ordered the Pad Pak with squid. When I got home, the food was still quite hot. The quantity is huge, too. There was enough for me to get two meals out it. The flavor was very good. I see many more visits here in my future.
There are 2 other locations, as well, Rochester & Washington Township.

I ordered the pad Thai, and the noodles were soggy and overcooked. The vegetables were also overcooked, and the sauce was bland. I was very disappointed, as I had heard good things about this restaurant.

I know that pad Thai is a simple dish, but it’s not hard to cook it properly. The noodles should be cooked until they are firm but not hard, and the vegetables should be cooked until they are tender. The sauce should be flavorful and well-balanced. Mine was neither

TLDR mushy noodles and bland sauce

So, this was my first time eating at Bangkok Cuisine. After looking at an extensive menu online, I called and ordered. I had the Bangkok seafood “lunch.” Listed online at $9.75 give or take a quarter. I got to the store it was over $13 dollars. I also ordered crab Rangoon, also 3-4 dollars priced higher than it is online. I expressed this to one of the gentlemen at the restaurant who smiled and said, “Yea, I told them about that.”

So, I’m giving this review to see if they will actually correct that. And how long it will take them to correct that. If not, it’s marketing entrapment (lol). The Bangkok seafood curry was tasty, but my crab Rangoon looked old and refried. They were dry and hard. BTW, I was literally next door getting my nails done when I ordered the food. I ordered right before I got up to pay for my nails.( I was told my order would take 10- 15 mins), so I didn’t understand the dry out food. The crab Rangoon was so dry that it was hard to pull apart. Hopefully, whomever the front cashier told will see this review and change their online errors.

Great food. I grabbed carry out. Drunken noodles and basil fried rice. Both very good. I ordered it “got” and it just spicy enough without being too hot.

I have been going here for years and it used to be my favorite Thai Restaurant. I introduced the Restaurant to lots of family and friends who used to feel the same way. I just ordered Beef Pad Se Yew and Chicken Pad Thai both with extra sauce. First, I was charged $2.00 for the Beef when the menus said it was $1.00. I questioned the cashier and she didn’t know what to do. I paid for the Xtra Sauce and I’ve had a problem doing so. There was hardly no sauce on both orders. For $15.00 each plus $2.00 for beef and $2.00 for extra sauce, there were only 6 small pieces of chicken and 6 small pieces of beef, 4 very small pieces of broccoli and neither of us could find the eggs in either order. It’s bad enough that the prices went up but the dinner portions now look like the lunch portions, you definitely don’t get what you paid for, and it’s basically just noodles now!!! Oh, and the food is extremely salty now!! The cashier did tell me that the new owner raised all the prices. All of ny family and friends already stopped going here and I guess it’s time for us to find a new Thai restaurant.

Thai is my favorite food and have been to almost every Thai restaurant in the area. This is NO DOUBT, the worst Thai restaurant I have ever been to.

After a terrible experience the first time, we decided to give them a 2nd chance. Big mistake! We ordered 3 meals and they were all pretty bad. Portions were all VERY small and the smallest I have seen for carryout Thai food, but it doesnt really matter since no one wanted to eat them anyway.

1. PAD THAI SHRIMP- It was a vinegar and sugar overload. A wet disgusting sloppy mess that we had to just throw out. Trust me, I have never met a Pad Thai I wouldn’t eat until today! It tasted like pure vinegar and water. Very small portion with a complete lack of shrimp.

2. PRA RAM LONG SONG- The sauce was very thin and watery, but otherwise was just OK. Nothing special. The chicken was RAW & undercooked! Made everyone sick!!! Again, not very much chicken, but didn’t matter since it was raw anyway so im sure we were better off that way and shoukd probably be counting our blessings instead! Lol

3. PAD PED- Again another small portion with an overly watery sauce. We literally counted like 4-5 tiny pieces of eggplant in the entire meal?!? Not sure where itcwas hiding? When that’s the focus of a meal, you expect at least enough to taste it. It was basically a watered down bowl of sauce with green/red peppers over rice!

The only good thing about this location is they are consistent- Consistently BAD!!!! We were ripped off twice now with $60 with of meals twice, we had to throw away due to the raw chicken and water sauces with no proteins.

This place is a joke and just hope they fold and go out of business now so no one else gets sick! This is EXACTLY why I don’t like to tip on carryout orders, cuz ur tipping for food you never even tasted or tried! Just disgusting and not even close to the Troy Bankock or Sala locations. Try anything else in the entire area and you are guaranteed to have a better meal. I swear the good reviews for this place MUST be all fake! Not only worst Thai, but this could very well be one of the worst restaurants in this area.

I was glad to see that there was actually seating available for this Bangkok express location and it was clean. The food is as good as always. They do serve you your meal at your table with free refills available.

I tried to order from here for the first time and they cancelled my order through Uber eats and told me to use Door Dash instead when I called. Something didnt feel right and that request seemed odd.
