I’ve eaten at Bangkok Cuisine several times, but this is the first time I have gotten takeout from the express location near my home. The order was ready very quickly. The food was piping hot when I picked it up, and the staff was very friendly. I don’t live far from the location, but even so the food was still piping hot when I got home and there was no need to re-heat. Food was tasty as always, and I would recommend this location.

This was my first time actually ordering. Tasted their crab ragoons before, and they are delicious, especially with the sauce they offer. The low stars on the food is directed at the Pad Thai. The ragoons are 5 stars. I ordered those and decided to try their Pad Thai medium spice. I open the container and there was a slight sour smell. I assumed it might have been from the lemon. As I took my first bite, it had a weird taste, and the closer it was to my nose, the more it had a funky stench. I had someone else to smell it, and they agreed. It was so disappointing. It wasn’t the meat because I didn’t order it with meat. I didn’t call them about it because they were about close. I would have never made it back in time and honestly wouldn’t have wanted it again. A full container went in the trash The crab ragoon was delicious as always. If I return, I will not venture past the crab ragoons. The place was clean and the girl who handed me my food was polite.

I have been eating at, and ordering from, the various Bangkok Cuisine locations for over 25 years. It is the best Thai food I have ever had. I actually crave this food when I haven’t had it in awhile.
Due to a series of very bad experiences with a different location, I had to find a new one. I was fortunate to find this one. It has different ownership, and it is obvious that the owners and the staff take pride in the business and are dedicated to making their food and service a quality experience.
I have ordered take-out at this location many times now, and I wish I had switched to them long ago. The food is always fresh, tasteful, and the quality is far above the other location.
My favorites are the Pad Kra Tiem Prik Taii and the Hot and Sour Soup.

Today was my first time eating here and it was completely spontaneous. I’m a picky eater, but since I hadn’t eaten all day I decided to give it a try. I was greeted immediately by a young man named Lucas and even though the phone rang as I was talking he excused himself and made sure it was ok with me.
The first thing I noticed were the very reasonable prices. I also noticed the crazy amount of phone calls coming in in the span of me ordering! There were at least 3, on top of people coming in and out to pick orders up.
I took a longer time to make up my mind (picky eater, remember?) and even asked Lucas his favorite dish, along with customer favorites. He told me without hesitation and was very detailed! But I still decided to go basic with the shrimp friend rice haha. Also, they take Apple Pay 🙂
The wait time was fairly reasonable at approximately 20 minutes, which I’d say is short for how busy it was at 6PM on a Saturday night. Lucas was also very patient with me when I changed my mind a couple times.
When I walked back home the food was still steaming and smelled delicious. I even stopped at a friends for 15 minutes before my place! I washed my hands and dug right in and it was immediately a 14/10 for me!
I can’t speak for other dishes, but I can for sure speak for the fresh shrimp fried rice and EXCELLENT customer service and environment! Thank you Bangkok Cuisine Express in Auburn Hills 🙂

I have ordered here before and it is always and has always been good. I am kind of a “If it sounds good I will try it” type guy. I usually get the gang garee or however it is said. with potatoes and the yellow curry sauce. Today I got something different and while I wont say its the restaurants fault but I picked something I didn’t end up liking it. They also did forget to add potato to my dish which I wasn’t to upset about but the flavor just wasn’t for me. I will absolutely go back but I think I will order my usual as it is SO DELICIOUS.

Gotta say first and last time. Pad Thai had good flavor but the chicken was anemic and looked weird. Something you’d see on Kitchen Nightmares.
The employees were nice and welcoming.
