Bangkok Cuisine is serving up
Food Poisoning with the help of Doordash. This past week January 29th I ordered from this restaurant and not even an hour later. I was sicker than I have been in years. The worst food poisoning I have ever had. I vomited uncontrollably for 4 hours. When I explained all this to Door Dash Support, they did not offer an apology. They did not care and they also would not refund my money. Apparently, it’s their policy to serve food poisoning and refused to offer a refund.
They seem to think this is okay but they are wrong. Has no one been on social media lately?
Has no one seen how disgusting Door Dash has become. I used to be a frequent customer until all of this happened. Today I will be canceling my account today because I honestly will not ever order from Door Dash again. The company has no standards and does not care for their customers at all.
This is the kind of service Door Dash Delivers is absolutely disgusting.
I have two other Thai restaurants that I love — one is far away, and the other has become extremely overpriced with smaller portions — so the only Thai restaurant that consistently gets my business now is this specific location of Bangkok Cuisine.
Their portions are always generous for the price, the ingredients feel authentic, and you can tell they don’t cut corners. From the Thai basil to the perfectly shaped carrots (which always make me smile), everything feels thoughtfully prepared. The sauces are plentiful, and my absolute favorite part? When you order “hot,” it’s actually HOT — real pepper and seed heat, not just sprinkled cayenne or chili flakes on top. That kind of authenticity means a lot, especially for a restaurant serving a largely American customer base.
I honestly believe this is the most authentic Thai food you’ll find in this area without paying extreme prices. I drive past at least 20 other Thai restaurants just to eat here, and while my favorite spot is still a 45-minute drive away, this place is absolutely worth the trip every time. My own city would be lucky to have a restaurant like this.
I also want to say that it’s sad to see people trying to take advantage of this place with promo abuse or complaints just to get free food. From my experience, this restaurant already gives very generous portions at a very fair price — and the food is genuinely good, not cheap or low quality. They deserve credit for trying to survive and maintain quality in a tough industry.
Please keep up the wonderful work. Some of us truly appreciate your food, your effort, and your dedication. You’ve earned loyal customers like me.
Im impatiently waiting for you to open so I can come grab lunch
