A friend took me here as I wanted Asian food. I had Pad Thai, but it was a little bit sweet for my taste. The portion was huge though, I only can finish a third of it. The service was fast and the lady who served us was friendly, but the heater was too hot. Other customers were also complaining about it.

My boyfriend and I have ordered delivery from here a few times now and we are obsessed. The food comes piping hot and the flavors are phenomenal. We like the green curry, pad see ew, and the peanut stir fry thing. Great great great!!

WOW! Tried first time, I was amazed at how beautiful my dish was. Very fancy for low price. Garlic fried rice was amazing! Fantastic Thai iced tea. I’ll go back for sure!

We found Bangkok Boulevard on Whitney Avenue in Hamden by accident.
It’s a smallish, unassuming place on the outside but nice inside.
We had chicken laab (salad) first and then red curry chicken and “Siam soft shell crab“. It had three crabs in the dish for $21.
The food was really good and a cut above the average Asian restaurant.
The service was very good! Very professional. Nice atmosphere with low key, unobtrusive music. Clean.
Everything was what you would like from a restaurant.
They are BYOB.
We highly recommend that you try it. We will be going back!

Another local restaurant that I’ve driven by many times and never stopped in untill a friend recommended it. So glad she did! Everything was delicious, priced fairly, and great service too.

We were also first timers to Bangkok Boulevard. The dumplings were absolutely outstanding! The spring rolls were fresh and crunchy as expected. And, both the pad Thai and the green chicken curry were outstanding! My honey chose a level five for the spice in the green curry, and it was exactly that! Also, I while agreeing the pad Thai was a little sweeter than everyone might like, it was perfectly cooked and delicious. And, we ended up mixing our pad Thai and green chicken curry together with what we took home, as we couldn’t finish everything they gave us. It was the perfect combination! I will absolutely stop in again when in the area. Only this time I will bring a BYOB bottle of bubbly to go with the heat that we chose! What a find!

Extremely pleased with food quality, presentation (see photo) and the many choices including vegan and gluten free. When I requested a substitution of brocolli instead of baby corn it was done. Prices were reasonable for the excellent food quality. Wait/ serving staff were courteous and warm. When they noticed us trying to take a photo of our large group, they offered to take one for us. It came out perfect and will be a great memory of the wonderful time we enjoyed there.

The food was very tasty and affordable. The portions were big and we ended up taking a lot of food home with us. The staff was friendly and we were served pretty quickly from the time we ordered our food.

The food also wasn’t too spicy. The menu has pepper symbols next to the items to indicate their spice. Dishes without spice had no pepper and the spiciest had 4 peppers. Someone at our table ordered a dish that was listed as 3 peppers. I tried it, and as someone who is not very good with spice I thought it was pretty good.

It was hard to choose an entree since everything on the menu looked appealing. I decided on pad thai with tofu. It was delicious and beautifully plated! (I attached a picture of it below. The flower is edible and tastes like cabbage.) I tried some of the other food that people at my table ordered and it was all very good. Everyonewwas impressed with their food and we all agreed that we want to eat there again in the future.
