Snagged some food from here when my mom and grandma were in town. Got to shoot the breeze with the husband/wife duo that own it. Really cool people. They know how to make some tasty Thai food. Their Thai Tea was tasty, and the curries that we purchased had a good blend of flavor and heat to them. Sucks that they only do take-out now because of what COVID did to small businesses. Overall, it’s a solid place to get Thai food, especially if you’re close to their restaurant.

We’ve eaten at hundreds of Thai restaurants in Thailand and lots of them in the US. This is one of my favorites. In my opinion, Rudy makes the best Thai food in the world. Those who are looking for very light, delicate flavors may need to look elsewhere, but if you are looking for rich, delicious flavors, this is the place!

Best way to describe this place is it’s like your grandparents house, and Grandma’s food is packing some frickin soul. This is something you go out of your way to get. Anytime you can. You know what I mean. 77 year old Thai grandma in the back cooking and her Husband John runs front of house. Talk about a power couple. Only open 5-8 but dang if you’re working all day, trust me that after you come here once it’s basically all you’re gonna think about at work the next day, and wow what a treat after a hard day’s work. I of course recommend the chicken pad Thai to start with, and ask for a little spicy if you enjoy it, but you don’t have to. Lots of if items on menu. 10/10. Will be coming probably 3 days out of the week from now on. Oh and portions are big, food is even better the next day. You get your money’s worth.

Great food, friendly owner, no dine-in and only accept cash or checks.

RUDE! and bad service, can’t accept the reality that some people may not like the food. Also seems like Thai food is a bit Copy and paste around here unfortunately and it’s not good. I’ve had much better Thai food and Thai cuisine is one of my favorites but definitely not worth it here if you’re a fellow foodie.

If you’re leaving less than 5 stars because the food was too spicy or you don’t like their takeout bags or they didn’t make you feel special for coming there, go be miserable somewhere else. The rest of us will enjoy the best Thai food outside of Thailand as long as they stay open! This is a mom and pop restaurant with authentic, soulful food, not a fast food franchise.

We were disappointed after getting a recommendation from our short term rental manager for takeout. The phad Thai noodles were both undercooked (hard) and soggy. Several ingredients were missing. The sweet Thai basil chicken came in a Ziploc. The green ingredients were missing. The rest was overcooked and soggy.

If you’re looking for a place where you wait for over an hour to be served, if you like dining in a rundown structure that causes you to wonder how it passed health inspection, and if you want the absolute worst Pad See Ew in the world, then this is your place.

The food here is absolutely delicious. It is the best restaurant to go to in my opinion and the husband and wife duo are very personable and straightforward. Definitely call ahead to make sure they are open, as of updating this review they’ve been closed during business hrs over this and last week.
