Beer clean glassware! Yes, that is my lead-in title because it’s so crazy rare to get truly beer clean glassware that I talked about it to the couple beside me (Pete and Roxanne who I got to meet were awesome btw). It’s less than 1% of the places I visit that are true beer clean glassware astute. There are many that do a good job, but when you see the lacing on glassware that I saw tonight, you know you’re in rarified air.

FOOD: ok I know most people don’t need out over glassware the way I do so let’s discuss the food – I went more unique with a lamb sausage and a boar sausage, plus my new friends next to me shared their fries. My opinion? Awesome. Well executed sausage, the fries were really good – crisp on the outside and still perfect potato texture inside while being hot with a fry sauce side that perfectly complemented

Service was great, met regulars, had tasty food – but the whale in this adventure was the care for the glassware. This is special – the owner truly cares about your experience when they nail the small details a lot of folks miss. I didn’t miss this detail because it’s massive in the nuance on your beer but takes special care and pride to get right. Bangers takes pride in giving you a beer in a properly maintained glass, and that’s uniquely special. Applause to Bangers for attention to detail!

Truly inspired food.

This isnt just playing on a theme or gimmick. This is genuinely, top notch, creative, gastropub cuisine. Who puts cream cheese, chimichurri, and caramelized onions on a dog?

These guys, that’s who. It was sublime. It’s not just a creative combination of items. Each individual ingredient is high quality, making for a bold yet balanced bite. The burnt ends brisket sausage was transcendent… This place lives rent free in my head now – and I think I have to open a franchise.

The garlic aoli ( they will sell you a bottle!) is the best you have ever had. Trust.

Thank you Bangers & Brews

In town for a temporary work assignment in Eugene and found this pretty awesome spot. I love all the varieties of regional beer and sausages.

Their sausage varieties ranged from a standard brat to boar and so much in between. I was excited to see they had Alaska Reindeer on the menu and equally excited that it was from Alaska Sausage Co. You can dress your sausages with various toppings & sauces and they come on a toasted bolillo roll.

I had and, of course, recommend the Burnt End Brisket sausage and dressed it with caramelized onions, chopped jalapenos, and bbq sauce. A+!

The dining room is spacious with picnic tables and high tops, making for a communal dining experience which wasn’t bad at all.

BTW, you can also do a sausage sampler. Hit this place up. I know I’m going to at least one more time before I head home.

p.s. the milkshakes are sooooo good!

Great little sports pub in Eugene! Their name lives up to their selection. We tried the brisket bangers with a medium gorgonzola fries (no skimping on portion size here) and everything was delicious! What we really noticed was the customer service, attentive, personable and friendly. If you’re looking for a great, local, place to try, give Bangers and Brew a visit. We will definitely be back!

Had amazing food! Boar with bacon and hatch chili and a plethora of other delicious sides and options. Friends got Italian and chicken basil and we all tried each others It was all so delicious. (Found out too late about the sampler which will be the next move) We will be back. Allison was amazing and nice and another person at the counter with amazing hair haha, didn’t get their name also very kind. Such a fun and good experience for all 4 of us that went!

This was a wonderful stop for a late lunch while waiting for the snow over the pass to let up. The food was so delicious and hardy with lots of different options of bangers in typical and exotic meats. I got the soft pretzel and medium poutin fries and was sprised at the ammount of food and size of the pretzel. The fries easily filled a 9×12 baking sheet and was so savory, had I not been driving I would have delighted in one of the many beers on tap. My only sadness is that I do not love closer so I could make a habbit of eating here. This was way more than a worthwhile raod trip stop for yummy food.

Great spot for a meal with solid food! I got the pretzel with cheese dip, which came out hot, fresh, and perfectly soft with just the right amount of salt—the cheese dip was creamy and paired perfectly with it.

I also tried a sausage sampler with the Andouille, Wild Boar, and Burnt End sausages—all were high quality, juicy, and full of flavor. Each one had its own distinct taste, and they were grilled just right. Burnt End was definitely my favorite among these here! The sides of kraut and caramelized onions were nice additions too.

Flock here with the rest of your Duck Fans. Great quality bratwurst, and flavored sausages. Friendly and prompt service, with a clean environment and 5 or 6 TV’s for keeping your eye on the score. Get your bratwurst in a bun with a variety of toppings or have it on a plate with mashed taters and a side salad. Great local spot, I can highly recommend.

We felt welcomed the moment we walked in the door. The owners came by several times to chat and be sure we had everything we needed. We weren’t sure what we wanted and they were helpful and encouraging for new things. Nearly everything is sourced in Oregon, most thing local with fresh made bread and pretzels daily. We will definitely be back!!

It was our first time trying and we have been hearing great things about it. The menu has good variety for sausages and a long list of toppings and sauces. When ordering online, the sauces and toppings are in the same category, it is slightly confusing. The food is great. We enjoyed our fries and also two different sausages (duck and reindeer).
