Came here for some lunch on a Sunday and there was plenty of tables, and no wait for an order. Took around 10-15 minutes for my food and drink to come which is great and the patio is great on a sunny day!

Parking is a little tight so it can be good to park elsewhere and walk in.

The entrance is on the right side of the building and it’s further down than you’d think. If you think you’ve walked past it, you probably haven’t.

Good food but not a good value.

3 Tacos and a coffee for $30 after tip and tax. On first glance that sounds like a decent deal but 3 tacos were tiny all three added up to the size of my hand. The “nitro” cold brew is not nitrogenated, it’s just black cold brew poured over ice!

The coffee itself was actually very good and the ingredients for the tacos seemed quality. I did enjoy my meal but it’s just not a good deal.

Small portions turned me off a bit but otherwise it’s decent spot.

Cute coffe shop and taco place that’s often forgotten. Might be much more personable in summer. Drafty and arid atmosphere in winter. Seating is not comfortable either. It is self service. Food is, at least the tocos we all had were really good. Fresh solid ingredients. Would go to try more food. As a taco lover I had to try it! Enjoy.

I got the bandito taco and we’ll as the short rib one, both were very dry. My friend didn’t want to finish their fried potato taco. Flavor was nothing special or exceptional. Everything was just OK. Much better off going to an authentic Mexican restaurant, or even a hole in the wall. The staff were vert friendly though. If anything the drinks were the best part about the place, I was happy with my piña colada. Looked like a good beer selection too.

Update: Bandit’s tacos is awesome. Their tacos are tacos for hipsters – so if you’re looking for a classic taco, this ain’t the place for you. That said, I think their tacos are great! The only complaint we had was the short rib taco. We thought it’d be the best, but it was actually super bland. Definitely would not recommend the short rib taco. Our favorite was the mushroom taco. It was PACKED with flavor. Like a crazy amount of flavor. My brain cannot comprehend. You should try this place.

What a hidden gem (tucked next to Local Motive big yellow train engine/bar)!!! We walked over, placed our order, paid, took our coffee and number & chose a table to await the goodies.

We stopped in for a late breakfast comprised of a tall delicious drip coffee, a Bandito Breakfast Burrito, Steak & Eggs Taco and a Bandito Tostada. All tacos & tostadas are in house freshly made corn tortillas and it SHOWS! These were supple & flavorful…now add the well prepared & generous toppings! The heritage pork shoulder rubbed with coffee, cocoa & pasilla was incredibly tender and loaded with flavor complimented with a ribbon of scrambled egg beneath and fresh cilantro atop it all. Absolutely wonderful. The steak & egg taco & Bandito Tostada had similar rub preparations and were also wonderful.

We still had room for the delicately fried finger sized churros (8) that were crisp on the bite but had an almost creamy texture within and dusted with sugar & cinnamon. A decadent but necessary order. We comfortably shared a bag for dessert.

The decor is brick along with an abstract mural in an open space and LOTS of sunshine. Free WiFi too!

Would I recommend Bandit Tacos? HECK YEAH! Hustle over and enjoy a delicious meal that the folks take time & passion to create.

Nice atmosphere. Good food served quickly. Prices are average; 2 tacos for me was $11 (items are a la carte). I did not get a beverage but water from their water station in the dining area. Dining area was clean. Order taker was exceptionally pleasant and courteous. Bathroom was clean and is adjacent, or in a pass through to a connected bicycle shop.
Location is directly next to train tracks and while we dined a short train (maybe 8 freight cars?) went by. Parking might be a little tough as I noticed the lot seems a bit full at the lunch hour.
I ordered 1 Short Rib and 1 Whitefish taco; both exceptionally delicious.
Overall, I would eat here again.

5/5 is an understatement. My friend and I had only driven by this place before and had it on our radar. Super cozy, quick service, and the prices for plating/quality can’t be matched. I got the vegetarian tacos, a mushroom/pea shoot, as well as a cauliflower kimchi one with chips/guacamole/habanero salsa. Perfect spice level and flavor unmatched. One of the easiest and heartiest endorsements to give. We’ll be back often

Tucked away in the bike shop is this fantastic taco and coffee spot. It’s super busy seemingly always, and for good reason.

I got the chicken taco and the pork taco – tacos are $4-$5 but definitely worth it, you get your money’s worth on flavor. I haven’t had their coffee but people seem to like it.

Indoor and outdoor seating available. Parking can be tricky but they have a lot of spots, they just share them with the other businesses there.

Really helpful and fun counter staff, stellar happy hour options (even on a Thursday night at 7:30pm!), and good tacos. Our favorites were the whitefish, short rib, and beet, though all were tasty. The margaritas on tap were STRONG for $6 (hurray!!!) and their tap Mexican lager was delish and a great value at $3 during happy hour. We’d return!
