Bandana’s Bar-B-Q Lake of The Ozarks is a Southern Style BBQ – seasoned with a dry rub and cooked sauceless, then hand-cut to order straight from the smoker. All Bandana’s pork, beef, chicken, and ribs are specially prepared over a pit of select hardwoods to create our signature smoked flavor. This slow cooking process – 14 hours for pork butts and special beef cuts, 5 hours for ribs and chicken – makes the meat tender and tasty, and gives it a reddish color known as a “smoke line”. Our real wood smokers operate 24 hours a day, so you can “smell that smoke” any time you visit Bandana’s! Our Bar-B-Q pairs perfectly with any event. We offer boxed lunches, buffet bars, party bundles, and so much more!

We stopped by Bandana’s BBQ and split a 2-piece meat combo with ribs and burnt ends. Everything was delicious — especially the ribs and the potato salad (highly recommend both ).
The only downside was portion size: splitting the combo between two people was a bit light, so next time we’d definitely order more. That said, the quality absolutely delivered.
The restaurant and bathrooms were clean, the décor was cute, and the staff was attentive and friendly. We were seated immediately, and there was plenty of parking, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
Great BBQ spot with solid service — just come hungry and order accordingly. Would happily return.

Yummy food. All the meat was so flavorful and fall of the bone. “Garlic” bread was more “essence of garlic” bread, but still very good.

Amazing experience, we came from illinois for a bday party, and heard this place was gas! So we had to try it and let me say , impressed! I was a little concerned there wasnt corn bread however the garlic bread was so good, we tried brisket, burnt ends and chicken! All was top notch so much flavor!! 10/10 stars from us! Thank you guys for such great service and even better food

My wife has food allergies and sometimes it’s difficult because the staff either blows it off or acts so concerned they basically say there’s nothing she can eat. Andrea was so great and helpful. She handled the allergy like it was just normal but important.

We ordered the BBQ for two, and it is enough food for two people it comes with two sides . Let me start with the side salad it was really good and fresh and the BBQ Ranch dressing was delicious it really did the trick! The ribs were delicious as well good flavor and not so dry! The garlic bread was delicious too!The rest of the food was pretty average, the coleslaw was decent , but the chicken was really simple with no flavor at all and kind of dry, the burnt Ends were not as good as I expected them, they were dry and hard I was expecting them a lot more soft and juicy! The place is pretty nice and clean and the staff was very nice and friendly!

My family stopped in for a quick bite before heading home. We were on a bit of a time crunch, so when my ribs weren’t quite up to par, I didn’t make a fuss or say anything—just not my style. The service was great, everyone was friendly, and the rest of the food was really good.
When we were checking out, our very kind waitress asked how everything was. Since she asked directly, I felt I should be honest. I wasn’t looking for a discount—the meal was already budget-friendly and came in under $10. But she insisted on taking the ribs off the bill, which was very thoughtful.
Then, as we were leaving, what I assume was the manager or maybe the general manager stopped us—and to our surprise, gave us an extremely generous gift card.
Yes, the ribs could’ve been better. But the fact that they cared enough to ask, listen, and go above and beyond to make it right—that really says a lot. We’ll absolutely be back.

We had catering for our wedding of ~90 people and it was fantastic! Not only did the food taste great, the service was excellent and everyone was great to work with. They made set up and clean up so easy so I had no worries! We had many compliments from our guests that it was the best food they have had at a wedding. Couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Staff are very dishonest! I’m a doordash driver and did a delivery for them. This happened around 6pm 2/20/26. The stag received a call from the patron who ordered the food, he said he was missing items from his bag. I delivered everything that was handed to me. The staff claimed I must have taken it for myself and that he should have me come back to the restaurant and drive it back out to the patron for free. This is disgusting behavior. Just own up to your mistake when you make one. Geez
