My friend and I had a wonderful visit here. Really fantastic value for money due to the range of deals they have – worth checking out. The laksa with chicken was delicious with generous portions and the cocktails (2 for 1 deal!) super fun. Ice cream was yummy too. Our server, Linda, took supremely good care of us and we are so grateful! Will definitely be back

Decent Thai food – flavorful dishes that were served warm, all dishes roughly at the same time, and shortly after ordering.

The curries were aromatic, creamy, and packed with a balance of vegetables and meat. The banana tree curry was both creamy and refreshing with citrus undertones, only slightly runny when paired with the rice. Pad Thai was flavorful, the noodles well-separated, and prawns were not rubbery. We also got chicken skewers to share – the meat was juicy, tender, and nicely roasted.

The floor was rather short staffed the day we went so the staff forgot to bring water for the table on multiple occasions until the end. They were quite friendly and enthusiastic however, trying their best to attend to different customers and even explained to us certain menu specials and offers (e.g., kids eating free on Sundays). Their kids menu also had actual meals like meats with rice and some cucumber sticks.

Moderate noise levels and able to have conversations. They also have bench seats that can comfortably accommodate for big groups (5+ people).

Overall a decent Thai food experience and nice place for families to share dishes.

The food is below average.
1. Katsu curry- the rice is to wet and sticky, totally not the correct texture of rice.
2. Mango sticky rice- I supposed some fresh mango slices to be paired with. Unfortunately it is served with artificial flavored mango of glutinous rice. And also the rice is way too sticky.
3. Tofu pad thai- this is nice and flavorful. Tofu marinated well.

The food was absolutely delicious and well-prepared. The flavors were balanced and fresh, with each ingredient complementing the others perfectly. The presentation was appealing, making the dish even more enjoyable. Portions were satisfying, and the quality matched the price. Overall, it was a great dining experience, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for tasty, well-made food.

The food was really good and offers a nice variety. We had the duck rolls (limited time) as starter, and beef rendand and a coconut curry for mains. .

The servers did REALLY well given the number of staff she was expected to serve and the online orders being picked up.

The bench style (flat) seating at the tables was not conducive to a long-term meal and I feel that it’s designed not for comfort, but simply for practicability.

The only disappointment in the whole meal was the desert of Miso Fondant with custard. The custard and fondant were cold (I presume they were meant to be served this way) which left the fondant chocolate inside as a thick block of chocolate, rather than anything that flowed

All around a really nice place to eat, nice friendly staff (be it a bit rushed).

Had a great time here!! Our server Linda was AMAZING – very kind and helpful and made the experience 100x better than it already was. The food was lovely and we didn’t have to wait long at all. Good vegetarian options/ substitutions. Overall definitely recommend

Food was on point as always, piping hot and full of flavour. Service was attentive, friendly and excellent. Keren and Linda were superb.

Really enjoyed my meal and dessert. Excellent offers for January and the Lunch menu is great value as well.

I look forward to coming back again.

We had such a lovely experience at Banana Tree! The food was really delicious, and the place itself is beautiful and relaxing. They were also so kind to give free meals (double portions!) for my kids — such a thoughtful gesture.
Special thanks to the amazing lady who served us (Martina/Linda) — she was incredibly helpful, kind, and made our visit even better. Highly recommended!

Wide range of options on this pan-southeast Asian menu, food exceeded expectations! Really enjoyed the Javanese grilled chicken with nasi goreng, and the mocktail pina colada (1 for 1 drinks). Restaurant was quite understaffed but pleasant experience on balance.
