Banana Tree Bath UK. This was our first visit because we wanted to try their lunch special we saw on IG. The place looks very nice. The lunch special is £9.95 for a main dish and a soft drink. To be honest, you won’t find this deal anywhere else in Bath. That’s impressive! The portion size is decent and beautifully presented. However, I think I would prefer a more authentic Thai flavor. Overall, the food was good enough! The service was friendly from everyone, thank you.

My bill was £34 for starters, mains, and soft drinks for TWO. Give them a try, especially during lunch from Monday to Friday. You won’t be disappointed!

Extremely flavorful and an underrated dining spot! The teriyaki steak soba had amazing stir fry noodles and steak. The curry was a smaller portion, but tasty anyways. The ramen had an odd taste. Highly recommend this spot for a nice lunch or dinner!

Yummy food, would recommend the Pad Thai! Abbie was fab – she found out it was my birthday and put a little candle in my dessert. A really lovely touch that made the evening more special. Thank you! 🙂

I’ve been here before and had a nice meal and a good time but it seems they were extremely short staffed, but also the stuff were very lack lustre and rude.

we had to ask for water 3 times, they forgot our starters and when we questioned why our “salt and pepper chips” were plain, they argued with us and told us to put salt and pepper on them! The older male staff member had a strange manner about him and one of the waitresses had the urgency of a rock.

my laksa curry which had one chilli on the spice level, i could barely eat.

i won’t be coming here again so dissapointing. below is a photo of our salt and pepper chips!!

Service and food were wonderful. Our server was really sweet, he came to check on us as (I think) he was leaving to go home! Will definitely be back when next in Bath

Lucy was very accommodating. Came in as a walk in, she was able to sit me down straight away, got my drink quickly, took my food order quickly, the food came out quickly and was lovely and Lucy’s customer service was absolutely amazing. Thanks for a lovely lunch

Had a lovely meal in this restaurant on Milsom Street. Ordered the chicken pad Thai and my sister ordered steak which was a reasonable price and their Gin and Tonic was cheaper than the bars in town. Very tasty meal served quickly.

We loved everything about the Banana Tree. The Laksa was amazing, especially on a cold day. We also enjoyed the Vegan Gyozas and the Chicken Jawa

Went for dinner on a Monday evening @ 7pm
The restaurant was quite empty therefore the atmosphere lacked.
The staff were lovely!!
I had the Duck Pad Thai and it was beautiful. Best Pad Thai I’ve ever had!
The portion size was large and I couldn’t finish it, definitely worth the money.
I also had the Thai Squid, it was okay but wouldn’t get again.
My partner had the Cod Fritters which were delicious, as well as the Steak Pad Thai which was also 10/10!
Would 100% recommend and visit again.
