I frequent BBG. I’m concerned about my diet and eating healthy and losing weight. BBG always has top dishes in a buffet style. Their meals are cooked on the premises and they are always fresh and delicious.
I find it perfect for myself to pick from rice and amazing vegetable dishes and incredible meats to keep calories low and protein high. Once you eat at BBC you will be hooked.

Banana Brazil is most likely the best of all restaurants on the strip. Buffet style, Brazilian food of every flavor is lined up to choose from, and weighed, very reasonably, at the counter. One must beware of piling on too much from the hot and cold bar. The real culinary treasure is at the end, behind the counter. A grilled meat specialist serves you any type of meat you desire, perfectly grilled to perfection, sliced and presented on your plate, right off the churrasquiera fired spit.
There are very few places in CT with such an abundance of delectable foods, all at your fingertips for your appetite.
Directly across from the Apple Cinema theaters, do yourself a flavor favor and stop in for the meal you’ve always wanted!

Greeted by friendly conversational staff. Was informed how the process works (pay by the pound) and was checked on a few times to see if we enjoyed the food. The food was excellent and the price was fair. Nice selection of cooler drinks too. We will definitely return!
