The foods overall are 3.5/5. We pay 50$ for all of these, not including tips yet. Their wonton soup is good 4.5/5 . Pad Thai, Wings, Mango Sticky Rice dish are okay 3.5/5. We’ve tried so many Thai Restaurants, this one is so so , nothing special nor impressive. We are not coming back to this! The best Thai cuisine in Cleveland so far is Raan Thai restaurant in our opinions.

The BEST pad thai (+beef) I have ever had in my life. Lived in California and New York, tried many pad thai dishes, and by far Banana Blossom has the best one! I appreciated how the noodles are cut short for easier consumption, and how the pepper oil adds a kick that removes any sense of too much greasiness. Massaman curry (+chicken) was a deep flavor bomb, and the string beans in the papaya salad (+shrimp) added a raw taste that I absolutely appreciated in a refreshing, well-balanced salad of complex tastes: umami, sour, sweet, and a bit of astringency. Kitchen crew deserves a raise

Service was mixed. We had two servers. One wearing black, the other wearing white. Personally find wearing white as a server signals unreadiness to serve food, and the server indeed flinched away from a dish on the table while serving another dish, which could easily lead to a safety issue. Had to ask for spoons for the curry. The cloth napkin had some grease spots on it.

Atmosphere was cozy and calm. Saw some families and couples. Interior decorations heavily Buddhist, and was nice to appreciate craftsmanship of some of the art pieces on the wall.

I can’t express enough how much I love this place!! If I could rate it more than 5 stars all around, I would. For years I have been coming here and they never lack on consistency and hospitality. They are always efficient, clean, and welcoming. Plus the best crab Rangoon I’ve ever had!!! Can’t say enough positive things! 🙂

Wonderful experience. Food was delicate and delicious. Wait staff was “grace under fire” as crowds kept lining up by the door for the next table. The coconut shrimp soup was exquisite, the rolls were perfect and the sumai was sumptous…the main dishes were soooo tasty!

I’ve been eating at banana blossoms for years and I’ve never had a bad experience. The food is consistently amazing. The service is wonderful. Go, order, eat what they serve you, enjoy. Go alone, go with friends, take a date, take family. This is a place suited for all occasions.

I had the awesome pleasure of visiting this restaurant for the first time. I read reviews and saw it ranked high on Cleveland restaurant lists – I now see why. The ambiance is quaint – intimate enough to enjoy time with others and the environment is not too busy, even with the regular traffic of patrons.

Our server, May, was very pleasant and patient with me as I was trying to figure out what to choose from when looking over their menu (which has several great options to choose from). I usually go with rice dishes when it comes top Thai food, but I, instead opted for Kee Mao (Drunken Noodle) which was ok, but has a very unique, thicker noodle that it includes.

The Sweet Chili Wings were cooked to perfection (an all-around favorite) and the Crab Rangoon was a hit, especially with my wife, who it’s a crab connoisseur. I also enjoyed the Vegetable Dumpling Soup, that can be a nice way to whet your appetite while waiting for the main course.

On that note, the food did not take long to come out at all, but was prepared at and above expectation. Again, I really enjoyed our server and the overall experience. This location is certainly a hot spot (literally and figuratively) in the trendy Tremont area that deserves future visits. Highly recommended!

The shrimp pad thai was delicious…good balance of flavors and they did not skimp on the shrimp. However, the teriyaki chicken needed work. The chicken was dry and tasteless while the teriyaki sauce was watery with hardly any flavor. We had the mango rice for dessert and it was average.

I went here with my family tonight. The food is amazing!! I got a curry dish that had carrots, onions, sweet potatoes, and chicken, with a side of rice. It was VERY good! There was little to no spice, which was fine with me. Everyone else in my family loved their food, too!

The service was great! Most of the time we were the only ones in the restaurant. There were people coming in for to go orders, though. It’s a small restaurant on the corner, but they have great food!

I decided to check out a Thai restaurant at the beginning of my second week in Cleveland. This place is not too bad. The people there are from Thailand, so that’s a huge plus.
I ordered the Tom Yum soup and Pad Thai. I can’t hope for it to taste like the food in Thailand, but the food was decent. The soup has the tamarind flavor just right, although it lacks the variety of vegetables. The pad Thai was not bad either. They actually have 5 levels of spicy which is nice. The pad Thai flavor was good, even if there was a little more sauce than I’m used to. Overall, I would stop by here again to try their other dishes.
