Bambuu feels like a quieter, slower cousin of Panda Express — the concept is similar, just without the foot traffic. Unfortunately, that lack of business seems to show in the food. When we visited, the restaurant was nearly empty and the food tasted like it had been waiting for someone to order it… for a while.
My Korean bites were more “crunchy breading” than chicken, and they were lukewarm at best. My wife’s dish left her with the same impression. Not inedible, just barely above edible. It all had that “held under heat lamps a little too long” vibe.
To be fair, the place was clean, and the employees were friendly — no complaints there. But if you go during off-hours, good luck hitting that fresh-from-the-kitchen window. They just don’t seem to turn enough volume to keep things replenished like their competitors.
Overall, I doubt we’ll be back. I wish them well, but next time I’ll stick to a place where the food is hot because it was just cooked, not because it’s been patiently waiting for me.

So glad we finally stopped by Bambuu! The cozy atmosphere, delicious food, and various menu set this place apart. I got the spicy bourbon chicken with lo mein, brown rice, and mushrooms (four bowl). Also pictured is the two bowl with sweet shrimp & white rice. If you’re in the mood for Asian food, definitely stop by! The prices are reasonable and the food is very flavorful. My only critique is that if you order meat, they give you a small portion. I’d recommend ordering the four bowl & getting two meats as your add on.

Stopped in yesterday and it was so good I want to go back for more… might be the new best Chinese food in Clermont! All the entrees looked delicious and it was hard to pick just 2. I went with General Tso’s and Korean chicken, the hostess warned me the Korean was very spicy and let me try a sample, if anything I would have been fine with more spice, so don’t be scared! Very happy with my lunch, good serving and delicious flavors. Thanks Bambuu!

Had never heard of Bambuu before but so glad I did. The food was very good, the place clean and the staff very friendly. It’s a step up from Panda Express. The food is similar but tastes better and seems healthier. The portions are large and can easily be shared. Staff lets you try any of the items so you are not limited to only those you know you like already. Although there were 4 people in line before us, we were able to order almost immediately after entering so no wait. All the trays were hot and fresh as well.

Bambu in Clermont truly exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the staff attentive without being intrusive, and every dish is bursting with fresh, vibrant flavors. The presentation alone feels like a celebration, and the taste easily matches it.
From the moment I walked in, the service from Ricky was prompt and gracious. Very friendly and informative gentleman.
There was a nice variety to choose from, and everything I tried was delicious!

Best thus far in Clermont.
Vert tasty bourbon chicken and boneless spare ribs. Try the 4 bowl meal which gives you to base options, such as rice or noodles, and 2 options from a variety of options such as bourbon chicken or boneless spare ribs (both taste great). Plentiful amount for only $13. They open early at 10 am each day. Highly recommend if you get the craving for tasty chinese food. Food options are already prepared but you can create your own bowl mixes as you desire.

First time here! Drove 30 minutes to try it and was so worth it. Employees and manager were so helpful, they explained how to orders and also recommended us the deal they had going on. Crab rangoons and the apple wontons are a must!

We travelled for an hour to the otherside of the county just to try this place. It is literally why we left the house.
Wasn’t really impressed.
Went with my Wife and Daughter. Food was kind of bland. Servers assembling our plates seemed annoyed, except for the first guy, who we assume was the manager… all were very stingy on the portions.Even the cream cheese wontons were tiny.
It is basically a wanna be Panda Express with a different brand and less flavorful food and an attitude.

So, so good!
I don’t really go out to eat chicken, but they gave me a sample of the Bourbon chicken, and I had to order it it was YUM,YUM! The portions are very generous. Rice, the noodles, everything was just right!

The chicken teriyaki was good and so was the bourbon chicken. The Lomain was not bad but I felt like it was missing something to make it a little more flavorful. Restaurant was well lit and clean and staff was friendly and helpful with explaining how to order. Price was fair considering the economy we are in. Will go back to try other items and see if the experience is different.
