Blending Thai, Chinese and Japanese influences, it’s the perfect spot for a night out with friends, date night or to celebrate a special occasion.
On our visit we tried their Miso Soup and Shrimp Wrap for appetizers. So good! It was a sign of more yummy things to come. Enter the eye catching Sushi Boat, arrived full of freshly made rolls. We also enjoyed their Green Onion Pancake, Coconut Curry Chicken and Chicken Fried Rice.
PRO TIP: Don’t sleep on their cocktails!

We had an awesome experience. I have celiac disease and they have a full gluten free menu that they brought to me. I was so pleased. The chef also came out to talk to us and he was so kind.

Nice Asian fusion between Chinese and Japanese. The surprise standout dish award go to the tofu in salt and spiced. It melted in your mouth and the red chilis gave it the right amount of heat in each bit.

Monday evening, 6pm, so not super busy, but very quick and friendly service. Not the overly eager waitress type of service looking to milk a higher tip. Attentive to my needs and questions needing answering.
Extensive menu and very, very fresh. I order a Sashimi combo and each pice of fish was extra large in size, really a 2 bite piece. Not used to that big size Sashimi. No complaints here.
I will be returning every opportunity I get. Higher end decor and atmosphere that is still oriental in n a ture but not too overwhelming.
Love this as my new go-go whenever I am in town.

My friends and I went to enjoy some sushi and Kevin made sure it was the greatest experience ever. He was very kind and accommodating. He’s the best!!! Also the sushi was very delicious and I’d definitely revisit. P.S they do an all you can eat on Sundays for around 40$!!

I have mixed feelings about this meal.
The Alaska roll is ok – not surprisingly good but not bad either. However, considering the size, quality and price, I would say it is a rip-off. If you dare to charge 8 small rolls almost 20 bucks, I’m expecting them to be astonishingly delicious. Unfortunately it’s not. They are so many decent sushi places Just don’t spend your money here.
The basil beef, on the other hand, actually worth the price. It is very very well seasoned. The touch of basil is genius. The beef is very tender, packed with flavor. A little bit salty if you eat them along, but would be perfect with rice.

Bambu Sushi has a lot going for it, but our experience was a bit mixed at the start. Despite having a reservation for four, we were initially split between two different tables, and our original server completely ignored us. That said, everything turned around once Elly came to our table. She was incredible—friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she really saved the evening.
We tried the Szechuan beef based on her suggestion, and it was absolutely delicious—full of flavor and perfectly cooked. Overall, the food at Bambu is excellent. Everything we ordered was high quality and very well prepared. Prices are on the higher side, but given the quality and presentation, it’s worth it.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the initial disorganization with seating and service. With a bit more attention to detail and consistency, this place could easily earn a full 5-star rating.

Just moved into town and wanted to try this restaurant. I have two young children, ages 4 and 7 who are quite picky. I ordered avocado sushi rolls and I received it with wasabi on top along with other rolls touching it. Never have I experienced this at any other sushi restaurant take out. There are liners to divide the rolls so they don’t cross contaminate and also why would you slop the wasabi on top of the rolls… not everyone likes spicy…My son could not eat it and also was turned off because it had sauce on the side of the rolls. I also left them an email to give them an opportunity to make this right and got zero reply. I’d recommend staying away.

We ordered pad Thai (with soy sauce instead of pad Thai sauce due to potentially being too spicy, and unable to adjust heat level), tempura shrimp, eggplant and tofu in black bean sauce, lemon chicken, shrimp salad wraps. Everything was ok, but bland. The tempura shrimp batter tasted like what you’d get on fish and chips, lemon chicken sauce was very basic with thin chicken (even Mandarin is better), eggplant was missing any umami flavor, but most disappointing was the salad wrap which was mostly lettuce and cucumber. Everything was pretty expensive for what it was, especially when you have to add $3.50 rice. Not impressed. Server was very friendly but appeared to be very busy as we waited a while for every step of the meal. Sat on patio which was nice and not too loud with traffic. Despite the entire patio being empty, next group that came was seated right next to us.

yeah, no. my boyfriend and I went on valentine’s day with a reservation, ordered sushi, then waited 1.5 HOURS for food that never came. we waited so long that the candle burnt a hole in itself (as seen in the picture). we had plans for after dinner and we were almost going to miss the reservation from how long we were waiting here, so we left. don’t come here.
