Thai Tea. There perfect Thai Tea. I found out about Bambū from a friend around the time they opened. I thought I would give it a try and from the first sip I was in love. It was one of the best Thai Teas I have ever had. I was going almost every night for a cup and never once did I have a bad experience. Since then I have become a regular and visit a few times a week. Besides the Thai Tea I started to try the fruit teas, fruit drinks and smoothies. Everything always tastes great and actually tastes the fruit it’s suppose to taste like. Recently (don’t know how I missed it) I discovered their Sugar Cane juice and now every time I go in order both. For me it’s really hard to decide between the two. The Sugar Cane juice is refreshing brings back memories of when I was a child and the Thai Tea is just amazing. Everything is great. I have no complaints so far. The staff is very friendly and now recognize us when we go and the owner is very passionate about what he does and is great with his customers and staff. Weather we are running in a minute before the places closes or sit there for hours talking about cars we get the same great taste and friendly service. This will continue to be one of the places I visit and take my friends.

I want to start off saying I’m not the kind of person to write reviews and I love all other bambu locations and their drinks. The drinks themselves are good although expensive. I used to be a regular and recommend this bambu to friends and family but lately customer service has notably been declining. I went in today with my family and ordered a thai tea with brown sugar and boba. The order came out and had no boba and I just figured the cashier didn’t hear and I went up and requested for additional boba and she said they no longer offered add ons so I would have to buy another one. They don’t give a receipt so I wasn’t able to see my order to correct it before it came out and the cashier up front was in general not very friendly and also didn’t repeat my order to get everything right. My sister ordered a smashed avocado with no ice to bring home to my mom and nonetheless the order came out with ice and actual avocado half full. At this point, we didn’t want to be any more of an inconvenience and just left. Unfortunately, this is not the first time since the last time we spoke to a lady who accidentally gave us crystal boba instead of regular boba and spoke to us with a rude tone when we requested a switch. I just wish management and staff tried better to amend messed up orders.

Best boba spot around! The coffee is my usual go to but the combo yogurt (with boba) is a close second. The interior has seating so you can hang out with the family or do some work. Great music playing inside. Staff has been nice and when I ordered the wrong thing they made it right.

Delicious desserts! I bought three different che desserts all for myself. The person who took my order also made my order. She was fast and very nice. She made sure there was no ice, since I had a very long drive home. As a viet, I thought the che was authentic and not too sweet. They are filling so save space for it!

This place has a quiet atmosphere, relaxing. There is plenty to choose from from smoothies to teas to coffee to yogurts. It’s great to see photos of everything on the wall so you can see what you’re getting. Lots of options to choose from!

Bubble tea is always on point!!
Decided to be adventurous and try the macaroons last time. They weren’t what I was expecting. They were impressively bland. The bright colors made me so excited to try them but the flavor from the filling was absent, minus the pistachio one. It was delicious and what I had expected the others to be, especially since 4 cost as much as two large bubble teas.
The image attached shows the lemon n strawberry. You can almost see the second cup that contained pistachio and caramel.

I really love boba and this place is very good. But today when I got my boba, I asked for a small lychee milk tea with egg pudding and lychee JELLY. She only gave a 2 blocks of egg pudding and gave me lychee boba. I was like “okay it’s not a big deal” until I got to the bottom of my boba, it was all grainy and it tasted like sand. I was really disappointed.

They were out of more than 75% of their menu. Their menu has about 8 snow flavors but they only had 2 in stock. The pina colada was sour. The popping boba was old. I ordered milk tea with no boba. My husband ordered a drink with boba- they told him they were out so he didn’t get a drink. Then when my drink was ready it had boba in it! So they weren’t out and they screwed up my order. Also the teens working here are sooooo rude.

This place is quite full every time. So what I usually do is order online! The drinks are bomb.com and the waffles are to die for. My favorite drink is special number one. And the combo yogurt.

Poor customer service, I asked for a drink that I thought was on the menu and, instead of correcting me and asking what I meant, she put in a different drink i despised the most. Told me that what I ordered isnt a real item until AFTER we got the despised drink. I couldn’t even get a refund or exchange.
