I live around the corner and my family gets take out here almost once a week. Typically I like to order a bunch of apps, but have enjoyed a lot of their entrees as well. Some of my favorites are the Wok Seared Filet, the Rock Shrimp (pro-tip I order this app instead of the Crispy Walnut Shrimp then I get a side of Sushi Rice) the Pork Fried Gyoza, and the Scallion Pancakes. If you really want to get crazy I’ve been known to throw a piece of steak and shrimp on a pancake and dip it in the dumpling sauce. #tellemmikesentyou

Food is great however, the profanity in the music playing is impossible to ignore. When asked TWICE, they changed it but there were families in the restaurant and f-word was constant. Turns out, after reading reviews, it has been a pattern for a long time and they don’t seem to care.

This resturant use to be my family’s go to resturant for Japanese food. It has gone bad… FAST. The waiters change every week and whenever I order something on the menu they act confused that they serve it. A table next to mine waited 27 minutes to just get just water. I ordered a club soda and they brought me a Sprite. My mother ordered rock shrimp and they brought out fried calamari. My father ordered chicken teriyaki with extra sauce on the side. They brought out chicken and broccoli with a soup bowl of sauce and it wasn’t even teriyaki! This is unbelievable!!

Excellent prices and along with great wide selection – you can’t get better than that in Greenwich – the service was good – though he had a little bit of difficulty speaking English – this is a Chinese owned and operated restaurant hence their prices are cheaper and the food isn’t as detailed and delicate as Japanese owned Japanese restaurant but all in all I was quite impressed so definitely will be back

I had very high expectations for this restaurant, but safe to say they set a new bar low. Food was off textured, and tasted old.. quality wasn’t there either. Didn’t even bother asking for a refund, dissatisfied enough from the food not to have anymore continued contact with this establishment.

Ordered General Tso beef and chicken. Beef was so deep fried to the crisp, completely inadeable. The quality of take out has been consistently going down. I’ve been ordering from here for years!!! Time to stop….

Did a phone order for 4 people for lunch. Wanted to order the sweetheart special roll for two of the lunches, but they went not available, so I ordered two king Crab with tuna special rolls. We got California rolls instead. Granted, they charged us the correct amount, but after a 2-hour wait the tiny California roll was not enough for lunch. I called and asked if they could deliver 2 of the correct rolls, and we would pay for them, and they told me NO it was my mistake and I should eat what I got, and they hung up on me.

Not impressed. Sashimi was fresh but that’s about all I can say because the rolls were not great. Soups were cold and the side dishes were not good. Staff was nice but dishes came out of the kitchen at the wrong times a d one was even forgotten. Location is nice…… Quality and service needs to be addressed.
