YUM !!! Tasty !! I’ve been ordering from the previous owners for several years and it was delicious. The current owners have been working very hard for the last few years. I love the beef chow fun also. Lovely the family they work very hard. The food is tasty and not bland like other Chinese Restaurants in the area. I’m comparing takeout. Here are some dishes that I enjoyed here.

The food at Bamboo Wok is my favorite in the northern end of Palm Beach County, by far. We always do take out or delivery and it’s hot and freshly made each time. My one critique… when I order by phone/online, I always tell them I don’t need the hundreds of packets of sauces (I find it wasteful to send so many when we don’t need or use it) Every time, we get a ton of extra and tonight’s order came with 7 take out menus! We ordered 2 apps and 2 entrees, for 3 people (portions are amazing.. I’m sure we’ll have leftovers!!) I would rather pay less for my food than pay for a crate of sauces, fortune cookies and menus…just sayin’!

Chinese food in Jupiter is generally quite average and often falls flat, but lately, we’ve been sticking with Bamboo Wok. The food is generally solid–sometimes a bit inconsistent–the staff is friendly, orders are ready on time, and you can tell they take care in prepping quality ingredients. The proteins are well-trimmed, and everything is fresh, which is a big plus.
Ordering online is easy with their colorful, well-organized website. However, there’s a real downside: if you order for pickup through the website, prices are higher than what’s listed on their in-store and published menu. It’s unclear if this extra fee goes to the website provider (Beyond Menu) or if Bamboo Wok is just covering platform or delivery service fees–even though this is just for pick-up and not for delivery. Either way, this hidden mark-up is unfair to pick-up customers and should be disclosed upfront.
I’ll assume ordering by phone or in person (order & wait) will get you the correct pricing. Nonetheless, it seems there is a need to confirm pricing when ordering.

I ordered a dinner with my daughter on Uber eats. This was hands-down the worst food I’ve ever eaten. Chicken was dry/ chewy. The sauce was congealed and nasty. It had no flavor and it was loaded with sugar. I called and requested a refund and we both feel physically sick at this point. We tried to eat some of it, because we were starving, even the eggrolls were greasy and mushy. We couldn’t tell what they were stuffed with. I called and they were angry. They refused to give us a refund. Worst food ever and I’m not exaggerating either. Don’t eat at this place, you will get sick and die. Actually, we had to take a prescription anti-nausea pill afterwards.

Bamboo Wok had been my go to place for good Chinese food. Not any more!
Don’t know what happened here. Cold noodles were watery with no taste…guess it was a good thing I only got what looked like a half order in the container. Hot & Sour soup was flavorless and seemed oily. Boneless ribs unremarkable.
Sorry to say but there are lots of better choices in the area!

Just had an “on time” delivery. Food was hot and fresh and excellent! Teriyaki Beef sticks had wonderful flavor and very tender, Pepper Steak smelled great and my husband really enjoyed it. The steamed dumplings are a generous size and tasty as well. Love their Pork Egg Rolls, too! Very satisfied and would certainly recommend!

Consistently good food and great service. Our order is hot, packaged well and correct every week which we can’t say for other places that we get takeout from. Bamboo Wok should give lessons to other restaurants in the area!

Food was good, but after raising prices 20+%, you would think the order control would have improved. Ordered 3 dinner specials and they didn’t put the egg rolls in the bag! I guess I should have checked, not worth the 20 minute round trip to go get them.

I have been going to this place for years for takeout, every time I arrive my food is ready and I am greeted with a warm smile from the kind woman behind the desk. The food is amazing and the price is fair. I love it. Highly recommend the honey chicken!
