I was beyond excited to find out the entire menu minus two things is Gluten Free! The tempura was amazing and the amount of variety in the rolls was incredible. Overall we had a wonderful experience and will be coming back!

Smoked maple old fashioned was a nice treat before we got to the sushi. Then you have really great sushi and very nice Japanese whiskeys. Give it a shot you won’t be disappointed.

First time trying Bamboo on account of it’s claim to serve sustainable fish and to branch out in the Denver sushi scene. Awesome aesthetic and ambiance with some really nice pieces of artwork around the restaurant. Fish was fresh an tasty, esp. the unicorn roll. The chicken karaage was PERFECT, and the black cod was also quite good. Overall, it was a very nice experience. Would def come back!

Restaurant week is amazing here. My partner and I were able to share the rainbow special with ahi tuna and a dessert at the end. We also ordered the sunset roll. We were more than pleased with the atmosphere at the this restaurant, the service and of course, the food. We rated it a 10/10 restaurant for restaurant week 2023.

Came here for the first time yesterday with my family and this sushi spot is THE SPOT to go to. If you’re a sushi enthusiast and love some good fresh fish come here. The presentation of each plate that was brought out were esthetically pleasing to the eye. Almost to pretty to eat. The sake selection was good too. They had the White Stag sake that I love and the cocktails they had were amazing too. For the price that the sushi was worth it was more than worth it! The experience with my family was fenominal. The service was on point and everyone was playing their part to keep the restaurant flowing and making the environment enjoyable to dine in at. 10/10 sushi spot. Can’t wait to be back again!

Bamboo has such delicious food. The spicy tuna crispy rice is bomb. If you are looking for a vegetarian friendly roll get the green machine! Servers have always been very friendly. Definitely try this place out if you love sushi

Great value for the quality of the sushi! Friendly service and beautiful ambiance. We enjoyed the crispy rice sushi as well as the assorted sashimi, some of the best tuna I have ever had.

While visiting Denver we happened upon this gem. The food was amazing, tasty and included ingredients we don’t usually see at a sushi restaurant. Highly recommend the spicy edamame and ribeye….the Friday the 13th and Chasing dragon were definitely yummy!!! Shout out to Kelsey, she pre-warned us they were short staffed but we didn’t even notice as everything came out shortly after we ordered

Is very good. The Green Machine is unique and excellent and has a cool freshness. If I return I would likely stick to that one. The Friday the 13th okay but didn’t have that satisfaction that sushi normally has for me. The sesame black brownie was exceptional and brownies is something I am particular about.

Ordered Bamboo crispy rice tuna, I do believe I got the display model..rice was very stale feeling like rice crispy treat, the spicy tuna on top was like day old ketchup, also Ordered a Grilled Salmon Steak, it would come to show they’re better at sushi then cooking the food the salmon was very underdone.
