This restaurant is an absolute find! The food and atmosphere are terrific and the staff are so friendly, especially Brian. The tornadoes of beef are absolutely delicious, their white Sangria is better than anything I have had in Spain. We went twice during our two week stay and in fact it was the only restaurant we went back to. Looking forward to coming back next year. Thank you all

What a hidden gem!! I’ve lived in bradenton since 2014 and just came here. The pizza was delicious, light and crispy. Beautiful atmosphere and something for everyone on the menu. Our server Maria was so sweet. We will be back!

We had the most wonderful time at Bamboo Island! From the moment we arrived, our waitresses went above and beyond- they were SO friendly, attentive, and genuinely sweet. Their kindness made the whole experience feel special. The food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was romantic and relaxing, perfect for a night out. EVERYTHING about this place was amazing! The bar tender and staff were phenomenal. We ordered many apps as our dinner and everything was perfectly cooked and seasoned to perfection. It’s been a long time since I have had octopus that has been cooked correctly and the sauces it came with was a “sushi” and rosemary sauce. I highly recommend this place and will be be back!!!

First of all, atmosphere is beautiful the moment you walk up the stairs, we were greeted right away, we had Maria as our server and Brady the bartender were both simply amazing, the food here is absolutely delicious, we’re locals and frequent visitors of the island, this is definitely our favorite restaurant now on the island. 5 stars all around. Coming from fine dining background I’m blown away with the flavor and presentation of the dishes served.

The appetizers alone were worth the visit. The octopus was tender and perfectly seasoned, the buffalo chicken croquets were packed with flavor and just the right amount of kick, and the cheese-filled bread bites paired with a sour cream and cherry chutney, were unlike anything we’ve ever tasted. Even the complimentary fresh bread was delicious, setting the tone for what was to come.
Service was truly top-notch. Our server struck the perfect balance of professionalism and personality, providing vivid descriptions of the menu, thoughtful recommendations, and engaging banter throughout the evening. We never once felt rushed or neglected.
The setting was equally impressive. We enjoyed our meal outside with a stunning waterfront view, which only added to the charm and warmth of the evening.
For our entrées, my Brazilian steak platter was absolutely sublime, tender, flavorful, and melt-in-your-mouth perfect, complemented by sides that were just as thoughtfully prepared. My wife and daughter both raved about their seafood and pasta dishes, each bite reflecting care, creativity, and incredible taste.
The entire evening felt special, one of those rare dining experiences where every detail aligns to create something memorable. It was so good, I gladly doubled the bill as a token of appreciation. I had the Salvador and shrimp inside half of a pineapple. Both were amazing! The service here was excellent and not a long wait for our food. The ambiance was nice. It was a great experience.
