I went two days in a row for takeout. The first time great the waiter who helped me place my order told me which dim sun didn’t have pork in it which I appreciated so much. Received my food not that long after got home it was so fantastic I ordered the Shrimp Drypot since I’m used to making hot pot at home I thought this would be a change and I loved it the shrimp were big. I would have loved it a bit more spicier, but I understand it really had a nice spice. It was very flavorful. Then I got the chicken bao which was good and shrimp har gow. Went back today to try their combo special I just got vegetable lomein with honey chicken. Honey chicken was good I don’t know why on the menu it has a pepper next to it. It’s not spicy. Lo mein good flavor I love that everything doesn’t taste bland and lotus root was present in the lo mein . My only gripe about service today was someone was helped before me and I was at counter long before them and I was ignored being the only person standing there, but then someone else walks up and helps them for their pick up order. This is purely individual based. It is my new favorite Chinese spot just because of the food alone and the place is beautiful in the inside. 美麗的氛圍,美味的食物.

So me and my girlfriend came here about 2 months ago and had a great experience. Tonight was a bit of a different story.

The Food overall was okay as we started with the Egg Drop Soup and the Basil Popcorn Chicken. The soup was overall pretty good and would get it again. The Basil Popcorn Chicken were a no go. They use dark meat for these small bites which caused them to be very chewy and gamey. They were also extremely salty. For our entrees, we ordered the Mongolian Beef and Honey Chicken. We were both extremely satisfied with the proteins of the meal but the rice was very bland and the spring roll was dreadful.

The Service here was an issue but I’m not going to put this directly on our server as she had EIGHT tables at once which is extremely difficult for any restaurant. With that being said though, we had to wait 25 minutes to order our entrees after our appetizers were dropped to the table and we felt like we were forgotten about as she was touching tables around us and even sat a fresh, new couple behind our booth and asked them if they were ready to order before us. A lack of coordination with this staff was evident but you could tell they were overwhelmed as the restaurant was full.

I’m giving this place the benefit of the doubt considering we had a great time the first go round but had this been the first, we would not be going back.

It’s all good. Great new era look. Totally renovated from Shirley’s Royal China. Great atmosphere. Stylish booth, retangular tables and big 8 seater round tables. Food selection is great, priced right and generous portions. Friendly waiter, food brought out by a different staff, dedicated bus boy cleaning tables. Then, everyone helped to reset table for next guests. We will be back.

Such a cute place with incredible food! Super fresh and flavorful! Portion sizes were great. The sauces are made in house, and it shows. The server was knowledgeable about everything on the menu and made great suggestions. There were lots of vegan options as well! Definitely a hidden gem. Must try! A new favorite for sure!

Went in for dinner with my boyfriend after a long shift. Super attentive staff, clean dining area, fresh food, and quality ingredients. I got the honey chicken and it was amazing! Sweet with a kick, and super crunchy but not dried out! I had a decent amount of leftovers after finishing and the prices are very reasonable. Definitely going back

My new favorite Chinese restaurant! The food was flavorful and the portions were huge. I would highly recommend dry pot (we got beef), stir fried eggplants, and sour cabbage fish soup. The service was 10/10. Nice ambiance and well-decorated restaurant.

Good dim sum, not life-changing dim sum. Very much a “that was solid” experience.
The dumplings were fried perfectly — golden, crispy, understood the assignment. No complaints there. They were carrying the team. Now the crab ragoons… why were they built like paper? Flat. Thin. Emotionally unavailable. I was looking for thick, creamy, indulgent. Instead I got origami with filling. Not bad… just not the plush, puffy rangoon of my dreams. Skip the paper ragoons unless you like your appetizers aerodynamic.

Overall, it wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t “cancel your plans and tell everyone you know” either.

It was our first time at Bamboo House and we were very excited to go. We informed our server it was our first time and she explained the menu which was so helpful. Very inviting atmosphere and the food was excellent. We had the dumplings and pork egg rolls as appetizers. We ordered sweet and sour chicken, Mongolian beef (which was my and my husband’s favorite) and the honey chicken which my kids requested non-spicy and they accommodated. Everything was fresh and excellent. Lots of good seating options without feeling cramped. Several round tables had 8 seats and it looked like this is a popular spot for groups and families. We look forward to making this a regular spot!

So fancy & clean.
Service was a 10/10!
Lo mein noodles were thin& not typical lo mein style. Bland.
Chili sauce was extreme mild unusual.
Very Americanized. Very sweet but not so spicy.
Love the aesthetic but good was underwhelming
