Great food but, the customer service needs a little bit work due to no one greeted us when we entered the restaurant for takeout but other than that no problem.

I went around 4 PM on Tuesday and got dinner for my family. I ordered a large beef with black bean sauce. The beef was tender and I really enjoyed all the vegetables that were included. The vegetables were broccoli, bamboo, shoots, carrots, green peppers, snow, peas, and baby corn. I also ordered the happy family and that was very delicious. I had a small vegetable lo mein, which was great. I also ordered a small, sweet and sour chicken. The chicken was very tender and moist and I really enjoyed the sauce that came on the side. It wasn’t overly sweet, just right. I’ve been reluctant to try this place because of the low star reviews but this place is excellent and I’m so glad I came here to try it. I will definitely be ordering from here again!

I was really disappointed with my experience here. The chicken was completely burnt and basically inedible, and the French fries were soggy and not fresh at all. I called the restaurant to let them know about the issue, hoping they would make it right, but the manager was extremely rude and dismissive and hung up the phone instead of apologetic or helpful. Customer service matters just as much as the food, and unfortunately this place failed at both. I won’t be coming back.

Our go to for Chinese in the area!! My all time fav dish is the chicken and vegetables with garlic sauce – you have to try it! I haven’t had a single thing I haven’t liked, and have found customer service to be fantastic and the staff to be friendly. Although very busy at times, they still greet you with a smile when you come up to the window.

I went here with my husband and mother-in-law on a Sunday at noonish. It wasn’t super busy. The food was delicious!! Very flavorful compared to some other Asian restaurants I’ve been to recently. We got 3 lunch specials for $35ish. I would love to go back the next time we are in Greensboro.

This review is long overdue, moved to n.c 2 years ago and we looooove chinese food as our go to take out meal. Was hard at first to find a chinese restaurant in the area we felt matched the style and flavor we have liked for years. But then we took a chance at bamboo house skeptical at first that a small dated shopping center area would have good restaurants but Wooooooow ! 9/10!!! We loveeee the food!! We have eaten what feels like dozens and dozens of different chinese restaurants and buffets throughout the United states and the number 1 on our list is a similar chinese take out in new jersey that blew us away!!! But bamboo is a solid number 2 or 3 on our list. As long as we live in greensboro this will be our regular spot! Thank you for the delicious food and excellent service!
