This place lies about their hours. online they say they’re open till 10pm on. thursday. I called around 9:35 for a one item pick up order. nobody answered the phone after calling 4 times. If you’re gonna say your business is open till 10pm, make sure it’s until 10pm not 9:30.

Consistently some of the best Chinese food in the area for 10+years. I enjoy the appetizers and entrees… whether steamed or fried. The prices are reasonable, and they prepare your meal quickly. I, also, love the fact that over the years, I’ve seen high school students working behind the counters. They’ve employed local teens. That’s a good thing.

I am very disappointed with Bamboo House. On multiple occasions I’ve ordered meals without meat (as I am a vegetarian) and my orders consistently are incorrect. The food is just okay, so to save myself the hassle, I will no longer be ordering food from them.

I’m sorry to say but my general tso chicken was horrible. The taste was good but the pieces of chicken were impossible to eat. Hard and chewy. Never had chicken like this that I wasn’t able to eat! Their won ton soup had no taste. Fried rice ….no taste. Will never order from here again.

After almost 30 years, Bamboo House is still our go to Chinese takeout. They have the best Crab Rangoon and Beef Lo Mein. Service is quick and accurate. And even with the pandemic, their prices are still reasonable!! Definitely recommend Bamboo House if you’re in the mood for Chinese food. (P.S. I think we have tried every Chinese restaurant/takeout in about a 5 miles radius and no one comes close.)
