The person on the phone who helped us with our order was incredibly professional and attentive. They took the time to listen to our preferences and made thoughtful recommendations. When we arrived, the service continued to impress. The staff was friendly and efficient, checking in just the right amount to ensure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. It was clear that the team takes pride in providing excellent service, and that made the meal much more enjoyable.
Overall, while the food was great, the excellent service truly enhanced the experience. I’ll definitely be coming back to Bamboo House not just for the tasty dishes, but for the top-tier service as well.
