Bamboo Garden is a not-so hidden gem in Sissonville, WV. Each time that I call, the employee efficiently takes my order & tells me it’ll be 15 minutes. And each time, it *really* has been ready in 15 minutes! The food is always piping hot and delicious. You won’t be disappointed by anything from here. I highly recommend this restaurant!

The food here is excellent and the ingredients have always been fresh and well prepared when I’ve gotten food here. Prices are very reasonable and better than or comparable to other similar restaurants in the area. They offer many classic Chinese food dishes, the staff is very friendly and they’ll have your order ready very quickly. Highly recommended

They have good food. I have been going there since I can remember; however, they changed management a couple years ago, and it hasn’t been the same since. The food is still good, but I have been overcharged many times there, and it seems less “homey.” I will still go there because it’s the only Chinese restaurant in Sissonville, but there are better places to eat in Charleston.

Wow, don’t hit them up on a Tuesday…my Hunan Beef and Scallops had exactly 2 scallops, the beef was in unbearably huge, gristly chunks, and though it was supposed to be spicy, may as well have been seasoned with mayonnaise. My girlfriend’s dish was equally disappointing. Do better, guys.

I would give a negative star but it’s not a option. I called in my order, the woman rushed me and basically hung up when I was explaining my husband would be there in 25 minutes. When my husband showed up, she claimed there was no order made and my number was not on phone. Not a good way to do business at all.

I’m so sorry to give such a horrid star rating, but the food wasn’t good at all, I really can’t believe they have a 4.5 star rating.. I would highly recommend “Moon Buffet” in Eleanor or Shimas family restaurant in Nitro.. These are the top stops for good chinese/home cooked food….
