I tried their food for the first time 1 month ago and I loved it! The rice was soft and the chicken wings awesome! I tried the food again yesterday and started to enjoy my food UNTIL I saw hair wrapped inside the breading of the chicken. I called them and they offered to fry 1 chicken wing to replace it. I kindly declined and just informed them to let the workers know that a Loooooonnnnnng piece of hair was found. I have kinky, curly hair so it’s definitely not mine. Anyway, I may try them again next year!

I can’t rate the atmosphere b/c I haven’t yet actually visited there. But their takeout/delivery is great! Friendly people on the phone and the food is FANTASTIC!
I ordered the “Half duck [in] Peking Sauce” (a double order) an a couple of other items. It all was both fresh and DELICIOUS! AND…Priced REASONABLY! I’m totally impressed and their fast delivery (on Christmas Day to boot) made me a (new) customer for life!
Only one thing would make it even better…If they’d include a couple of fortune cookies with the order (like their competitors do). Otherwise,

Bamboo China is our go-to weekend food spot. The food is always super fresh and tastes amazing. The sesame chicken was flavorful and perfectly cooked, the fried rice was fresh and paired well with the meal, and the shrimp with vegetables was superb—fresh shrimp, well-cooked veggies, and great seasoning. Consistent quality, generous portions, and very satisfying. Highly recommended!

Nearest to my home tried a few times and while I wasn’t a fan of the meals previously ordered, I decided that you can’t go wrong with chicken wings. Well here is what they gave me when i ordered 8 chicken wings for $14. The drumsticks could have at least been the same length as the flats come on for that much money I expected better. It’s definitely a no for me.

The lady who takes my order over the phone is very sweet and kind. The food is always fresh in my opinion . My favorite is the crab Rangoon my sister put me on it !!! I love their sesame chicken with fried rice . Good food .

I’ve been here w whole bunch of times and through the years and it gotten progressively worse. This time was by far the worst my food was super bland. Wontons were soggy and bland as well. It’s a same but I won’t be returning here

Food was extremely dry and distasteful upon delivery. When asked for a resolution they did not fix the issue. I will never order from them again. Customer service goes a long way. Save your money. It’s not worth it.

My 1st time there and orders were being taken AT DOOR! NOT INSIDE THE ESTABLISHMENT! Asked to have $3 baby shrimp added to my food and was told that I would only receive 8! At first it was 4 per $1 after making the order, I was told I would only get 8 for $3! Sooooo….I kindly left and will NEVERRRR return!

I love the food, I have no problem with the food. it’s the woman delivery driver who constantly makes me lose my appetite when she delivers. There’s been about 3 times this woman has delivered to me and every single time she forces a tip. I understand people live off of tips but when I ask what the total is and you lie to me just because you want extra cash I’m not tipping anymore. This woman has told me at my work place that she would take an ice cream cone as a tip one time. Today she goes “your not going to leave a tip” I asked is it forced she said of course not then continued to say well you get tips you should give them. (Very unprofessional) all the tips that I make get donated to children’s miracle network hospitals through my place of work, I don’t keep my tips, I don’t take them home, it’s not spent in myself. This white heavyset woman that works here is very VERY rude and needs to be looked at. Forcing tips isn’t okay (especially lying about the price of food to get more money)
