The singapore rice noodles are ELITE. The salt and pepper shrimp is SO GOOD! The fried rice, chow mein, fried chicken, everything is great! Best chinese takeaway in portland! I could eat those noodles every single day!

Love this place for tasty Chinese food. I tend to get their family size stirfrys to get a nice balance of veggies and meat. Portions are generous. Family size dinner entree cost up to $20 with shrimp and last me 3-4 meals.

Hands down the best Chinese food cart in Oregon. The greatest walnut shrimp and Singapore rice noodles. And Hong Kong rice noodles. Overall menu is superb.

I don’t get to come here often at all, but wish I could! The owner is so sweet and she remembers me every time. Their cart is at the back of the lot, but it is the best! Very delicious food, and big portions! We always order a little extra and we have a second meal the next day. I personally love the fried rice, both pork and chicken, mushroom chicken meal, the big steamed gyoza, and spring rolls. My family loves the orange chicken, egg flower soup, and much more. Please come visit and support them-you will not be disappointed!

I highly recommend the Singapore noodles, they add a curry sauce… it makes it spicy, but not hot. If you want it hot I’m quite sure they’ll make it hot spicy.. It is so yummy.

When it comes to the “3 star rule” for Chinese food, Bamboo Cafe breaks the norm. Do not brush this spot off. The food is fairly priced (all food is expensive these days, get over it) and it was even better priced a few years ago.
Large servings, great flavor, fast service. What more could you ask for? Been coming here for years and it has been consistent the whole time. I will continue to come here into the future and I can only pray that they stay open until the day I die.

I would have loved to try this place but even though Google, and the website showed open, they were closed on a Saturday late afternoon.
Huge problem with Food Carts.
If you are going to be closed or close hours early, you need to update the only way people that are coming to your place of business can know whether or not you are even open.
