This restaurant is AHH-MAAY-ZING. We adore this restaurant. We are here on a regular basis and have always had fresh, incredibly generous portions and superior service. Never have to wait long to be seated since a lot of their business is take-out. Highly recommend this place!

I’ve only ever eaten from here through DoorDash and Uber but it’s always great. The lunch specials are a fantastic deal, huge portions. Some of the dishes are maybe a little too greasy but in the way where you could be in the mood for it. And they have good mapo tofu.

Waiter was tipped over 20 percent but because the meal was only 7 bucks for the lunch special waiter was not happy! He started yelling and screaming! Not great service at all!!! Food was great tho!

I ordered a pickup for 715pm because that is when I was able to go get it. At 650pm I received a text that my food was ready and waiting. So of course when arrive at 713pm, it had been sitting on the baccounter and was cold. At first they were fine remaking the fried stuff that was ice cold. I said the other stuff was fine but the fried stuff needed to be remade. Then a woman came out from the back screaming and trying to blame me saying it was a 7 pickup. I have proof that it wasn’t and if that’s what they put in that’s not my problem. My food is COLD. She came out twice more very aggressively saying she knows when this was done and would not allow me to speak. Then she and other employees were yelling VERY loudly at each other making me extremely uncomfortable. Incredibly rude and horrible customer service. Admit to YOUR screw up and fix it. I didn’t pay for cold food. I used to love this place. Don’t think I will ever be coming back.

Awful service, brought my family here for dinner and witnessed the staff treat not only us but other customers with hostility. Older lady at the front shouting (yelling) and rolling eyes at paying customers as people literally walk out on their food. I witnessed someone ask for the manager and a staff member replied and yelled “no” to him. Literally screamed. Safe to say I won’t be eating here and I’ll be telling people in the area this place is no good.

7/222023 I brought a friend to the bamboo for lunch at 11:45. they open at 11:00 for lunch. By 12:00 NO-one , and I mean NO-one came tour table to take an order. I went behind the counter an got a menu, and actually called out for someone to serve us. Three people were in the back kitchen, and they totally ignored me and ignored another customer who was also waiting for service. We finally got totally fed up and left the place. we had lunch at the near by sports bar. what the heck is happening there????
