We went for dinner date. The service and staff were really good…but I didn’t like their food that much! Not too bad but not too good!! Crab rangoon was too good and fried cheesecake was also good. But I absolutely didn’t like thai dish.
But if you are hungry and want to try something new, you can visit.

I want to start it off showing appreciation to the fact that they are open until 3:30 AM! That is some dedication to this restaurant that supports night owls like my wife & I. The service was awesome our server was very sweet and recommended good dishes, menu was easy to understand and a good variety. The appetizers came out very quick (we were the only customers btw) and very good, we got crab wontons and pork potstickers which were both very impressive. As soon as our apps were out we put our order in, I got the combo deal which is Beef, Chicken, & Shrimp which is an awesome combo, with Mongolian sauce, My wife also the combo deal but with Orange Peel. Our food came out as soon as our apps were done which the speed was also incredible, food was very delicious and was a big serving too. The best part of all is that our ticket was only $60 and thats pretty good considering we got 2 appetizers. Would 100% go back and recommend.

Had an amazing experience at Bamboo Bistro in Pflugerville! The chef’s special Spicy Mt. Fuji Chicken was bursting with bold, perfectly balanced flavors—spicy, savory, and absolutely amazing.
The ramen was rich, comforting, and had a deliciously silky broth with tender noodles. The presentation was top-notch, and the staff were super friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this spot if you’re craving unique, flavorful Asian fusion dishes. Can’t wait to come back and try more from their creative menu!

So I ordered the chef’s specials To-go since I saw many reviews recommending them—the Spicy Mt. Fuji Chicken and the Spicy Crispy Jalapeño Chicken. The Mt. Fuji Chicken was drenched in some sweet-and-sour style sauce, making it taste more like chicken nuggets covered in sauce than freshly cooked chicken. The Spicy Crispy Jalapeño Chicken, on the other hand, was basically salt-and-pepper style chicken tossed with onions and jalapeños, but still had the same “frozen chicken nugget” texture. It was not delicious i’m very sad cause this is my dinner and I feel like I wasted my money.
I really wanted to like this place because the customer service was great—everyone was friendly and polite, and my to-go order was handled well other than forgetting the chopstick utensils . Unfortunately, the food itself was not good, and the flavors just didn’t feel authentic or satisfying. For the price, I expected much better quality. Hopefully, the restaurant can improve their recipes and ingredients, because the service deserves food that matches the effort.

We were warmly greeted and immediately seated and served our delicious food in a timely manner. The egg drop soup was very good. We also had the fried cheesecake. It was awesome! We will definitely plan to return.

Love leaving good reviews and hate leaving bad. Normally I go somewhere else for Asian food, but finally decided to go here. Had a coupon but my dog ate it. Still went. Most places give you so much food you can make 3 meals out of it. Not here. No rice was included with my order and I added a salmon fillet which they put in the same container as my chicken so I got very little chicken. Salmon was over cooked and dry so my pups got that. Szechuan chicken, udon miso soup, mandarin broccoli all passable but nothing that will set your antennae on fire.

I’ve passed by this restaurant numerous times, but finally decided to try it out. Food and staff were amazing. We ordered the jalapeño beef fried rice, Mongolian tofu with white rice, kids chicken lo mein, and kids chicken fried rice. We also decided to get a large egg drop soup to share. The portions are well sized and ended up with enough left overs to have dinner at home. The large egg drop soup was tasty and more than enough for the four of us to share. The jalapeño beef fried rice was tasty and not overwhelmingly spicy and had plenty of beef. The Mongolian tofu with white rice was flavorful, tofu was crisp, and was plated nicely. The kids dishes were really tasty and the kids enjoyed them. The staff was friendly and professional. Since we ordered water, the staff provided clean cups and a large pitcher of cold water for our table so we didn’t have to keep getting up to get refills. They helped us get everything packed as well and were friendly.

We came on a Saturday, pretty close to opening. The parking was not too bad but can get packed with Chipotle and Raising Canes in the same parking lot. Tip for parking, park in back, if needed. Inside has a great layout to space everyone out perfectly, in the smaller space. For the food, it’s order and pay at the counter, and then you go get your drink (fountain) and sit and wait. The menu consists of a variety of noodles, rice, and soup dishes from various parts of Asia. We got beef and broccoli and kung pao to the test general Chinese food. The portions were very generous, veggies used were crisp and fresh, and everything tasted great. The kung pao was not spicy but great flavor. The m eat used in beef in broccoli was tender and non chewy. The server was extremely kind and friendly. We would definitely return to try more of the dishes.

My wife and I decided to revisit over the weekend, despite noticing some less than glowing reviews online. It’s standard Chinese food.
While the interior feels a bit dated, we were pleasantly surprised by how consistent the food and service have remained. We ordered Thai Basil and curry noodles. Both dishes were fresh and came out hot.
