Very cool location for the bar. We stopped here to watch fireworks over Shawano lake and it was a very nice place to be. Drinks were good and decently sized and priced.

These folks do an incredible job managing the boat landing and keeping the lake accessible for us ice fisherman. On top of that, they’ve got AMAZING pizza and outstanding service!! We always make it a point to stop in for a pizza and a drink, or grab one to bring out on the ice when we’re passing through. Great people, great food, and a place that truly supports the community — can’t ask for more! THANK YOU FOR BEING AWESOME!!!

Perfect fish fry. Cod or perch both excellent. I didn’t try the walleye but others said it was great. I come up for the weekends and Bamboo is always good food and affordable drinks. I always feel welcome.

I’m from out of town. But I’m originally from Shawano. And am so sick of the townie attitude most bars have there. Not the Bamboo. They were great. The staff was very friendly and I enjoyed their conversation. The Bloody Mary I ordered was awesome. Thanks Bamboo, I know where to go now in Shawano.

We arrived before several other boats. We sat down, waited 15 minutes for drinks, ok. Then we ordered, 45 minutes go by and the waitress comes by saying she “forgot” to enter our food in to the chefs. We said “ok that’s alright”. We really got ticked off when another boat that only was waiting 15-20 minutes got their food before us. We have now been waiting for at least an hour and a half. At this point we went inside and said to check our food and it hadn’t even been started! We paid for the drinks and left. They also said the chefs were outside taking a smoke break
