First I’d like to say the atmosphere, decor and staff were all wonderful. We had a good dinner and everyone was super friendly and attentive. The restaurant itself is super cute and I loved all the details. We were really excited to try this place but the food fell really short for me. We did not complain or send anything back, it all had decent flavors, I just expected a little more quality for the price. One thing that was 10/10 was the crab ragoons, they were hot, crispy and delicious. We also got the beef dumplings, and I was really disappointed in them. First the wontons were not cooked, the wrappers were not steamed to make them soft, they were just pan fried so the wrappers weren’t cooked, and the dumplings were kinda hard and burned in the bottom. The filling had a decent flavors but was kinda mushy for my liking. One at our table go the honey siracha chicken, is was really good, hot and crispy, but the fried rice had a lot of soy sauce and lacked that kinda fluffy/crispy fried rice texture you look for. I also had a sushi roll, and it just lacked flavor to me, it hardly tasted like anything. I also got the bao buns, they were pretty good! The pork was a little dry but there was some good flavors there. Overall, we still enjoyed dinner, I just think the food could use a little quality adjustment. I’d love to try it again if that can be fixed because I really see the potential! I’d also like to add, I came with my son who’s 11 months, they had high chairs but no changing table in the bathroom, definitely a disappointment there.

Another great restaurant for Rogersville from Tawny and Tony (see also Little Town Italian!). We came for Brunch today, and love this new spot already! 5 options for mimosas and an amazing bloody Mary! The food is delicious and we’ll be back for dinner ASAP! So grateful to have a high quality-focused kitchem making Asian food in this cute little town.

This is a nice gem in a tiny town.. I love sushi and I ordered the crunchy crab roll and the shrimp tempura roll both were flavorful and so tasty.. But the crowning glory was the Ahi tuna appetizer omg the best I have ever had in my travels . The presentation was a masterpiece and so wish i had taken pictures..it wasn’t the usual ahi tuna on a plate with ginger.. it was a piece of tuna cut thin with a slices of avocado some crunchy slaw and crispy thin noodles with a delicious creamy sauce sprinkled over it and. it wasn’t a lot of sauce to drown it just the right amount to make it outstanding..

I’m giving 5 star because everything was good, service was good and the atmosphere was good! Growing up in Southern California where I’m used to eating good quality food this was by far one of the best Asian restaurants to eat outside of Knoxville. It was freezing tonight so dress warm if you go after a snowstorm. Our server was very sweet.
The food was delicious!! And large portions. We had shrimp tempura roll and ahi tuna for appetizers. Not the best I’ve ever had but it fixed my sushi craving.
For our entree we had drunken noodle one with chicken and one with shrimp. Probably the best drunken noodle I’ve ever had and I’m pretty picky on my drunken noodle. My kids had beef and broccoli with fried rice. Orange chicken with white rice. The orange chicken was good but not amazing. They use jasmine rice (not my favorite) but it was good.
The beef and broccoli were very rich and had a unique flavor and very tasty. My friend got the ragoons and said they were amazing.
Desert we had the spumoni and mochi.
After having a variety of things I know I’m definitely coming back for drunken noodles because that was amazing!

Stopped in town for a high school reunion. Only place that seemed to be open downtown after 9 pm was this restaurant. A duet band was playing literally over the bar entrance. Good crowd Mule and old-fashioned drinks from bar were good to ease road thirst.

Bamboo is a super cool spot with great live music on weekends! I went for the Bao Buns during my most recent visit and they were absolutely 10/10 delicious, plus it was a huge portion! Staff’s friendly and quick and offered some great recommendations for appetizers. Solid go-to for varied eats in town!

Great food, drinks, and atmosphere! Lainee behind the bar is awesome. They just put out a new menu with more sushi choices, hand-made crab rangoons, and even a burger and fries if Asian food isn’t your thing. Some nights they have live music . One-of-a-kind place in a cool little downtown setting. Definitely worth a visit. I’ll be back!

One star for the kids of the owners running around and screaming during business hours. I prefer not to come to a restaurant and spend the money I spent with my friends and family. Food was great though! But I don’t know if I want to come back if these kids don’t either stop screaming because they seem extremely spoiled. Control your kids. You are running customers out.
