The oysters looked very small but they tasted so good! I ordered one more dozen!
Not in the picture but the beet salad was super fresh and tasty, the clam chowder was really good. The ribs were perfectly cooked and not too sweet!!!
Our server, Athena, was very attentive and kind.
And they have Austin Hope for red wine in their wine selection. That was impressive!
Overall experience was very pleasant and the food was delicious.

Was here for breakfast twice and dinner once (part of my hotel deal). Breakfast was okay. My gripe is that the food did not seem freshly made. Normally you would smell the grill and see oil on the plate but none of this here. I suppose the food was prepared earlier and put under a heating lamp or something. The orange juice tasted better than storebought juice and coffee is La Colombe. Dinner was a lot better but a similar thing with food freshness. I had salmon added to my pasta dish but it didn’t taste fresh. My favourite was actually the thick cut french fries which were really large (think double your normal wedge fries) and the harissa aioli complemented it well. Bonus points for having $1 oysters from 5pm-7pm. Service was excellent for both.

We went to brunch while staying at the hotel. After making a reservation, we were seated quickly. However, once we ordered, the food took about 20 minutes to come out for the first two members of our party, and the final two dishes arrived nearly 30 minutes later. After we finished eating, we waited a long time just to receive the check. Keep in mind there were only three tables occupied at the time. I’m not sure if there was a shift change or another issue, but the wait times were excessive.

We came to have brunch as a 4 people party, placed order at the same time. 2 people got their food within 15 min but the other 2 had to wait for another 25-30 min. We had to ask for their food 3 times. Waited for check for 20 min and had to ask twice. Do not recommend. Not ok.

I recently dined here while staying at Marlow Hotel. Visited couple of times for Breakfast and dineer. The ambiance is chic and modern, with a cozy. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and the staff was good.
Overall, Bambara experience was good.

Kimpton hotel restaurant with great atmosphere and high quality food.
Got a takeout of their dry aged burger and fried calamari. The presentation of the dry aged burger was unassuming, yet it was very good. Although the ingredients were very basic, the veggies were fresh and the dry aged meat patty was on point. Fried calamari was also nicely seasoned with pepper and jalapeños. The portions were definitely small for the price as expected from a hotel restaurant. Nevertheless, I still really enjoyed everything I ordered.

If you come here between 5-7pm they have fresh oyster/dollar. I feel it’s such a steal coming from LA, California.
Salad was fresh too.

Good place for a large gathering. The food was decent. We ordered Butternut squash soup which was okayish. We also ordered fish tacos and burgers. The burgers were great. Fish tacos were pretty simple but the fish was fried perfectly well and the potato chips that came along were perfectly crisp

Fantastic meals and services. I highly recommend this place if you’re in Cambridge. It is accessible to the Kimpton Marlowe Hotel. Cannot go wrong with those two in one.

We stayed at the Kimpton and came down here twice. Once for happy hour oysters and once for after dinner drinks. The oysters were pretty good. You definitely can’t beat a dollar oysters. The drinks were also really good. Everybody liked what they ordered. Our servers were generally friendly and nice but seemed very flustered both times we visited.
