We have order here many time. But service has rapidly declined recently. We failed to obtain multiple items of our order. We ordered the monthly special that was the Hot Cheeto we received a cheese pizza and also did not receive or breadsticks.

Our quest for authentic Chicago deep-dish led us to an establishment that, while boasting a stellar culinary heart, is unfortunately shrouded in an ambiance that detracts significantly from the overall experience. Fresh out of Chicago, the allure of trying a new spot was strong, especially with nearly 700 reviews suggesting promise. However, the 4.4-star rating now seems generous upon reflection. The exterior presents a bleak welcome—dreary and uninviting, overshadowed even by the charm of typical gas stations. Stepping inside amplifies the disappointment with an overwhelming sense of wasted space. The cavernous interior feels barren, lacking any cohesive decor or design that might soften its starkness. This is further compounded by a staff whose demeanor ranges from indifferent to outright hostile. The service was marred by smug expressions and unwelcoming attitudes, creating an immediate disconnect. Yet, amidst these shortcomings, a beacon of excellence shines through: the pizza itself. The deep-dish is a masterpiece, a testament to authentic Chicago flavors. The crust, a delicate balance of crisp and tender, melts in your mouth, harmonizing perfectly with the rich, robust marinara sauce and high-quality Parmesan. It’s clear that the kitchen houses a culinary artist, whose skill is the sole reason this establishment remains afloat. Despite the pizza’s exceptional quality, the overall experience makes it difficult to recommend this place in its current state. A thorough remodel, a revamped staff, and a focus on customer service are essential to align the dining experience with the caliber of its cuisine. For those undeterred by ambiance and attitude, the deep-dish pizza alone might warrant a visit—it’s a solid 9/10.

First night we stayed nearby, so we ordered deep dish pizza online from here for pickup. It was ready quickly and even with how busy they were, the pickup process was easy and smooth. The pizza was very filling and delicious! The breadsticks were also fabulous! We noticed the ice cream and decided to go there the next day for some dessert. The service was friendly and quick and our ice cream was soooo good! I highly recommend coming here!

Go here and you won’t be disappointed!
Also they have a wider selection on their website then on the printed menus in the restaurant but still a lot of selection!

If are looking for a great balanced flavored pizza. This is the best. The pepperoni they use doesn’t over power the rest of the pizza. Omg the sausage was tremendous!! The sauce was perfectly balanced for pizza!!! Great job people!!!!!

Ordered a pizza and requested square cut. Get my pizza and not square cut. We let the lady at the counter know and she turns to tell cook and his response was we can’t guarantee it gets square cut. Just told them we want our money back and they just write on ticket refund. Had to explain I need my card refunded not refund wrote on ticket.
Go to Jjs across the street way better quality pizza and customer service

The food is great That’s not the issue. My issue is with the owner (Amanda) when you’re the owner of establishment and you have teens and young adults working for you, there is a way that you talk to them. You don’t downgrade them or talk to them any way you think you can just because it’s your business. That doesn’t give you the right to verbally abuse the employees. You are a grown business woman and it is straight disgusting to hear the what you treat your employees. There is a certain time and place for respectful conversations, but when you put down your employees to other employees in front of other employees and customers. That is enough for me to never want to come eat at your establishment ever again and I will tell all my friends and family not to go there as well. So I hope for your sake you learn how to treat your employees better.

A trucker looking for some food that stumbled upon a great pizza restaurant! Very nice people that make pretty good pizza. Got the X large Supreme with fried mushrooms. Those mushrooms were tasty and juicy, and the pizza was really good and very filling. It’s definitely a restaurant that I’m coming back to when I get in the area!
