I’m all of my visits to BAM Desserts The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Lots of cupcakes and cake pops . The store is very clean with a welcoming atmosphere. They provide a diverse array of items and it is well worth stopping by. The products are excellent, especially like the cookie and cream brownies. My family also purchased a custom cake a couple weeks ago for a birthday that looked exceptional and tasted even better. They have an excellent selection of creamsicles, pastries and cupcakes. If you love sweet treats, you need to visit. I really suggest you give it a try you won’t be disappointed. I am also very happy with the customer service on the phone and in the store. There were 2 employees that stood out the most to me because of their hard work and patience, Carie helped me with an arrangement for my wife and Bianca has excellent customer service and was very patient with my many different orders.

I wanted a plainly iced cake for my daughter’s first communion since I had my own cake topper and planned to decorate it with fresh flowers. The design was exactly what I ordered but the cake itself (lemon cake with fresh strawberries and whipped cream icing) was above and beyond delicious! I was afraid of ordering too big a cake and having to deal with leftovers. Well that cake was gone and some of our guests were disappointed they couldn’t get seconds. Everyone wanted to know where we got it and I made sure to let them know. We’ll be ordering again soon!

Amazing service and desserts! We found out right before my son’s first birthday that he has some food allergies. I let the staff know and they were able to quickly accommodate us with a vegan and gluten free cake on short notice. And they were so nice and understanding about it. Plus the cake was great and he did so well with it! I called so many other bakeries and no one else was able to help. So appreciative of the staff! My son loved his cake!

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to order an eggless cake due to my short notice. However, I was able to order cupcakes and cake pops for my event. The process was seamless, I loved the notification that my order was ready. BAM was very communicative and helpful with all my queries. I didn’t get to taste the sweets because they were devoured! Can’t wait to order again!
