We had such a wonderful experience at Balti. The staff were busy yet very attentive and kind. The food was amazing, with spices balanced perfectly in every dish. I loved being in a place filled with kids laughing, families talking, and good food being shared. It felt warm, welcoming, and full of flavour. I’ll definitely be coming back soon.

I had high hopes for this restaurant based on their reviews, it was somewhat disappointing. We had the chicken pakora, the chicken was juicy, but it was more like KFC tenders, nothing special.
We also tried their chana and tandoori chicken, both were ok.
Service was very slow, and table cloth was dirty with lots of stains. Toilet was also not clean.
Would I come back, certainly not.

I had a good dining experience at Balti Indian Restaurant in Whitby. The Manchow soup was flavorful and comforting, and the schezwan chicken lollipop was well-cooked and tasty. One of my favorites was the Thai mango salad fresh, refreshing, and absolutely delicious.
Overall, the food was enjoyable, and I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to try a mix of Indo-Chinese and fusion flavors.

I had a wonderful dinner at Balti! The food was delicious, but the service made it even better.
Our server, Alina, was amazing. She was very kind, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. She had a big smile on her face the whole time and made us feel right at home.
If you go to Balti, ask for Alina! She is the best. I will definitely be coming back again soon

Had a wonderful dining experience! The host was amazing and very welcoming. We ordered Veg Tandoori Momos and Malai Chaap for starters—both were packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. For the main course, we had Garlic Naan, Paneer Masala, and Dal Makhani. The taste was absolutely delicious and carried that rich, authentic Indian flavor. I will definitely be visiting again for such a delightful and authentic meal!

We have dined in, done take out multiple times – the food is generally goood.
However, today we tried their Chilli Veg Momos and they were something else .. from a different planet. We asked for spicy and spicy they were! They were perfectly slight crisp, filled completely, flavorful on every bite! Just wish had a bucket full of them!
We like trying momo’s from everywhere, and these touched the soul! (Just hope this recipe doesn’t change)

Came out with family for the first time and the food and service was great! We don’t go to a lot of Indian restaurants as we cook Indian at home. Most restaurants either have spicy, too oily food but this place was simply perfect! Loved it!
