The cocktails are absolutely spectacular here, and they do so many!! I will definitely be back to try more, they tasted so good and are very imaginative.
The staff were all friendly and polite, and served us very efficiently.
The roast was okay but not the best in my opinion. The meat to veg ratio was a bit off, humongous slabs of meat but not many potatoes or veggies. I was really hoping to try their beef wellington but unfortunately in the summer they significantly reduce the roast options to only the beef. Still pretty good quality.
In any case I will absolutely be back to try more drinks and the rest of their menu!

Went here twice for cocktails. Fast service, a huge selection of cocktails and very tasty too. Lovely bar and especially love the outside seating with fairy lights, candles, sheepskin rugs, blankets. Brilliant bar

Had two amazing meals at this place my husband was so impressed with the sea bream we had to go back .. there is a waiter there called Rupee who went above and beyond.. giving us the best table in the naughty corner which was beautiful and telling me to press the boogie button in the ladies loo which had me laughing and dancing to myself.. thank you Rupee for looking after us so well and encouraging us to return… you are definitely best waiter on the island x

Great food and a great atmosphere. Another business built in the vaults that served Guernseys economy for 100s of years.
A warm welcome from A,,,,,, and A, service was great and the food delicious. I ha d Southrrn fried Chicken that was beautifully spiced and moist , My dining companion had the Sea Bass and both dishes delicious.
No need to rush, just eat, drink and relax.
Will definitely visit again in October.

I don’t normally write reviews, but after two absolutely amazing visits to this restaurant, I felt compelled to share my experience. If you’re looking for genuinely top-notch food and brilliant service, look no further.
On our first visit, I had the pie, and it was simply fantastic—rich, comforting, and perfectly cooked. My second trip was equally impressive. I started with the beef tacos, followed by the fillet steak. Both meals were genuinely top notch.
Beyond the food, the service was truly brilliant. We arrived after a long day, and although the kitchen was about to close, they could see we were hungry and squeezed us in without issue.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and we will absolutely be returning very soon!

What an incredible place, a perfect bar with inside & outside seating downstairs with a very comfortable restaurant upstairs. Perfect service & the food was excellent. So I’m told the experience in the ladies toilet is not to be missed.

Absolutely amazing service from everyone in particular Lev and Rupel! Me and my husband had got legally married and went there to celebrate! Food was incredible, polite and friendly throughout! They provided us with a free dessert which was so lovely with a lovely message too! If you are thinking of doing something small if you are getting married would highly recommend Balthazar! Seafront Sunday so we booked a table On this day they had a limited menu for the day which is understandable. Service very good and staff very polite. Food well presented and hot we will go back to try the full menu in the near future. Went again on Saturday the bar was packed and the restaurant was filling up at 6pm. Food and service great as were the desserts.
