Well, this ol’ redneck decided to class it up for brunch, and let me tell you, I’ve never felt fancier or fuller.

Started things off with the eggs and filet, and good grief, that steak was so tender it practically apologized for being cut. Eggs were cooked just right; fluffy, buttery, and makin’ me question every diner breakfast I’ve ever had.

Then came the cinnamon roll, and buddy, that thing was spiritual. Soft, warm, and big enough to qualify as a commitment. I told myself I’d just take one bite… and next thing I knew, I was halfway to confessin’.

And don’t even get me started on the Virgin Bloody Mary— that was a religious experience. I don’t know what kind of holy tomato magic they put in there, but I swear I saw a light.

The atmosphere’s classy but welcoming, like if Nashville and heaven had a brunch baby. Sure, I stuck out a bit in my UT shirt and dad shorts, but good food’ll make you belong anywhere.

5 stars. Worth every bite, every stare, and every sip of salvation.

So first time for brunch here and the last one! It’s fine, nothing interesting and extraordinary, but there is nothing like it in LA, so we came to check it out. Amazing Bloody Mary cart!!! Delicious cinnamon roll – order with your server upon arrival, steak was great, the rest was good.
Even it’s $89 per person, Bloody Mary service, champagne service & cinnamon roll are not included. We spent $509 for 2 people (service 20% included). DJ wasn’t creating any vibe at the place, was really boring.
Was or worth it – strong no.

Stopped for brunch and had the chilaquiles and eggs Benedict, both were delicious. Their lattes cocktails were good but one was a bit too strong. Overall great experience!

I visited Baltaire after a friend highly recommended it—and after my algorithm was flooded with videos of their famous giant cinnamon roll. Those two things ultimately convinced me to give it a try.

I went on a weekend, when they offer their brunch menu. There was a live DJ, which unfortunately made conversation extremely difficult. The space is enclosed, carts are constantly moving through the restaurant, and with other diners talking, the overall noise level felt chaotic and overwhelming.

If I remember correctly, the brunch is a fixed price—around $85–$90 per person—and includes five shared appetizers. The only ones worth mentioning were the mezze and the whipped feta, and even “worth mentioning” might be generous. They’re simply the only ones my friend and I could recall afterward, as we didn’t finish any of the others.

For my entrée, I ordered the Maine lobster omelette. Considering I had gone for a long run that morning, worked out, and then drove over, my hunger was real—and my expectations were high. Unfortunately, the dish fell flat and was a letdown.

Things only went further downhill with dessert. I ordered the much-hyped cinnamon roll and managed just one spoonful before giving up. While I did appreciate the birthday card and complimentary dessert gesture, the overall experience left little desire to return.

All things considered, this was my first—and last—visit.

This is one of the best brunches I’ve had in LA! Loved the club-like vibes—it’s definitely different from any other brunch I’ve been to because of the DJ. The food quality was incredible, and the service was just as impressive. Our waiter was so attentive and made the whole experience even better. The atmosphere was vibrant and fun, making it the perfect spot for a lively weekend brunch. Definitely worth the hype.

The ultimate Sunday brunch to celebrate any special occasion or just make an ordinary day extraordinary. Cinnamon roll cart and Bloody Mary cart were the highlights!

I have been to Baltaire twice now, once for dinner and recently again for their brunch.

The food is amazing but the service is exceptional. You can tell they care deeply about the experience from beginning to end.

Also the brunch is not to be missed! We treated ourselves to the Bloody Mary cart and the cinnamon roll (call ahead to reserve, worth it).

Definitely a splurge, but a great time any time!!

If you are looking for a steakhouse in LA – this is the spot. You’ll be treating yourself!

A great trendy place. There is a bar area where you can get drinks and also get some food with their special menu. I have tried their Maragrita and it was really good.

Otherwise, the dining area is quite big with a lot of space. It can be bit noisy if this is something you care about.

The staff has always been very nice. Each time I came here I always really enjoyed the food. The meat is excellent, I usually just go with the filet mignon and their bernaise sauce. The fries are delicious.

Coming here is always great, usually for special dinners and occasions because it is on the pricey side of restaurants.

But, I will be coming back soon to try the brunch, which I haven’t tried yet!

An upscale Sunday brunch experience. Great starters and huge selection of brunch options. They ran out of Chilaquilles so I ordered the prime filet eggs benedict. Was so good. Friends enjoyed the French toast and omelette. DJ kept the place lively. A fun people-watching place where people dress up and enjoy a great atmosphere

Yesterday, my wife and I celebrated my birthday at Baltaire, our favorite spot for special occasions. The staff welcomed us warmly and provided excellent service. The food was exceptional; we tried a hands-on appetizer, with the server offering hot towels afterward. Our main course looked beautiful and tasted great. For dessert, beignets with three tasty sauces were fantastic, and I received a butterscotch pot-au-crème with a candle to celebrate. We also caught up with a manager we knew and met the newest management team member. In my opinion, there’s no better restaurant in Los Angeles.
