Seven years ago I left a one star review here do to the absolute ripoff price for a cheesesteak when you get basically no meat. Somehow they got it deleted. I am attaching the picture. My wife ordered a meatball sandwich the other day not knowing my prior experience. Honestly seven years later you’d think they’d improve anyway. No. They must use micro meatballs. Look at my pictures , I dug through and found my old cheesesteak picture too. These sandwiches should be half the price of other pizza shops.

Got two pizzas, crusts seem factory made, not quite as bad as St. Theresa’s but not like it was, the vegetarian pizza was so-so, the veggies are cut too thick and not cooked enough. The beer selection is good. Seems like they can’t decide if they want to be a halfway decient pizza/sandwich shop or a Seven eleven

I had a pizza steak with mushrooms. Lots of meat, good fresh roll and made well. I’ve had the wing s and they didn’t disappoint. For being run by people of Indian decent it is a good pizza joint.

I remember when I was younger going to balsamos. Best pizza and great menu items. Now since the new owners took over the pizza is kinda mid and I’m not particularly crazy about the setup with the lottery machine and the discount liquor. It kinda kills the vibe of it being a pizza shop and makes it feel more like a convince store.

Staff was so friendly and inviting and the food was delicious!! It was great to find a local pizza shop that has margherita pizza and it did not disappoint! The Jersey boardwalk fries were the perfect blend of crispy, salty, thick fries. We will definitely be going back!

I got a cheeseburger. They wouldn’t put a slice of tomato or lettuce on it. I asked if I could have tomato and lettuce instead of fries, but no, you can’t get a tomato slice and lettuce with a cheeseburger. Then I asked him if I could have a paper towel to wipe down the table, the only table in there to eat at. It was dusty and in front of the window with all the dead flies along the window ledge. They gave me a few napkins. They didn’t offer to clean it themselves though three employees literally sitting and standing doing nothing. Then they had on a big screen TV right at front of our table at the window. It was showing an extremely violent Indian movie. As some guy in the movie is getting pummeled by another person using a board, pushing away children everybody else trying to save him, My girlfriend and I just looked away as we’re trying to eat. They didn’t have a decency to turn it off as we’re sitting there trying to eat. The obviously don’t want you to eat there and we never will again.

Balsamos is my new favorite spot to eat at. The food is next level delicious and enjoying to consume. I highly recommend you try it because it will change you forever and introduce you to a new style of food. Along with food, they also have liquor for you guys to enjoy your meals.
