Food was not great and way over priced. I ordered a water. I should have been told it was bottle water and that it was 3 dollars for a 16 ounce bottle. I ordered a mexican style burger and I got an over priced what appeared to be a kids burger, nothing like it was described in the menu. I just the 18 dollar fries. My wife ordered ckicken nachos and it had no cheese, jusy shredded chicken and tostadas. I am never coming to the grand prairie location or any of the other locations or future locations. Would you pay 18 bucks for this.

Here now, arrived and I had to ask one of the waitresses that was sitting in a booth if they could wait on us. She asked if we were eating or drinking. Told her drinking, we came to play pool and drink a few. She then told us we should go to the bar so they could make our drinks because she couldn’t. We’ve NEVER been told that before when coming here. Keep in mind there were 2 waitresses sitting in a booth doing nothing but on their phones. Go to the bar, whole time we’re being stared at. Bartender was nice. I even asked why everyone was staring and why everyone looked down. Vibe was of “why you bothering me”. I’ve come before and have had really good service no matter if we were the only ones here, but tonight these employees are acting as if we as customers are interrupting their evening. I still wonder how this place is still in business with crappy service from their folks. I just like they’re close to my house but I guess this place didn’t care if money is coming in on a steady basis.

Absolutely disgusting and unsafe.
First off the beers? They get put on ice, and if they don’t sell, they’re left out to get warm… then tossed back in to chill again. That back-and-forth gives them a nasty metallic taste like they’ve gone bad.
The food? Constantly undercooked especially the chicken, which has come out raw in the middle multiple times. The sauce tasted rotten, and after our last visit, my children and I felt sick. We were this close to food poisoning.
My wife also told me the bathrooms are disgusting one of them doesn’t even flush or have a toilet seat, and there’s never any toilet paper. That alone is a huge health code violation.
Let’s talk about the owner. He has a terrible attitude, even toward his own staff. He constantly talks down to the waitresses and doesn’t even pay them properly. He’s older, clearly overwhelmed, and has no business running a restaurant in this condition.
This place is a health hazard, period. Shut it down before someone ends up in the hospital.

It’s not high end, but it’s high in atmosphere. Drinks are cheap and vibe is rich. Grab a drink and watch a game. Get the best deal around.

I was invited to a business event here. The person who invited me gave me a bottle of water. Then I received a bill for $2.99. I paid it, and later found out from the person who handed it to me that it was only $2…I shouldn’t have used my card. I was charged $6.70!!!!! People seem to do what they want when they get your card!

Decided to delete my negative review and give them another shot, big mistake on my part. First two times was great, great food and amazing service. Last two times not so much, sat at the bar and drank two beers but never bothered to bring me the menu so I paid for my beers and left. The most recent time I was there, sat at the bar once again and was given the menu once I sat down, which was nice but the service after that was horrible. The waitress was too busy with her phone or nowhere to be found. I ordered the tacos but she didn’t bring any salsa. Another waitress had to bring me the salsa because my waitress was nowhere to be found. Not sure if I would go back, just doesn’t feel right giving my money away for bad service
