Ordered a medium pepperoni pizza, it did not have no cheese towards the bottom. I also ordered 8 pieces mild wings and I asked does it comes with sauce, she says yes and they had absolutely no sauce whatsoever, just plain wings with no flavor it went straight to the trash. Never again.

So I ordered the # 5 special which comes with an ex large pizza. I get a med pizza (9) slices. I call the young lady says a small is 6 slices and the medium is 8 slices. But they charge/ advertise an xl. My wings had sauce poured over the top, so the bottom had no sauce. Pizza was good though

Delivery was pretty quick to be honest, we ordered a medium cheese pizza, which had too little cheese and the bread was too thick, Chicken wings were ok, the cheesesteak was actually pretty good and then a chicken quesadilla which was also ok, but the fries were completely soggy on those. Tried it once, might stick with the other place we usually order from.

If you like having a bad time with bad food come on down to Bally, the place where dreams don’t come true. Ordered food from their online delivery service and my order was missing toppings. I called the customer service number that text delivered updates. The rep says he will call and when he called me back Bally says to him the order was delivered correctly with no issues. I drive to Bally and the looks on these peoples’ faces surprised, like I was going to just eat the messed up food. The lady at front walks to back to get a guy who I guess is the manager. He looked high out his mind eyes red blinking one eye at a time while leaning to hold himself up from falling. He tries to make up some excuse as though he was about to have the online company or his delivery driver drop the food off. I asked ok where’s the new order, and he says to the cook make it now. The lie and untrustworthy individuals working her is very discerning because if I did not come to this place to have my order corrected. They would have kept my money and not resolved the issue. I wouldn’t come back here because as I was leaving finally observed the uncleanliness of this place.
