I had spent time with family and we heard nothing but good things about Tap House but it was not worth the hassle. The manager did keep a close eye on our experience which was great. The free desserts after made it better. The lack of attention to detail when ordering water to the food was the biggest concern. Adding a lemon when requesting not to have a lemon happens but ordering no onion straws on the burger after seeing the order written down is not good. The steamed broccoli came out on the colder side and not hot and fresh streamed as it should have. I had high hopes for the place but it did not meet expectations of what I was told about the place.

Made a togo order and the lady at the bar was rude to me. I still topped. Well, I’m told 15 mins. Al I had was a slice a cake, and a baked potato with sour cream and butter. I realized I had been waiting for 30 mins. I had to go to the hostess and ask about my order. Told her name on it was Katt. She then says… Did you tell them your name… Okay whatever. I get my food and get back to my room. My potato was cold and I have no way of heating it up. And it bacon on it, I can’t eat pork. I had green onions, I hate onions. It had cheese on it that was cold because it was sitting. I paid $20 for a potato that was completely wrong and $13 for a very small slice of cake that wasn’t that good. Completely wasted my money. Absolutely not giving a second chance. Only reason I didn’t take it back for a refund was I’m tired from traveling all day and just wanted to eat and lay down.

Bally’s is much cleaner now and the massive increase in slot machines is impressive, but the payouts are disappointing. You mostly see returns of just cents on the dollar, and even the “jackpots” are too small to brag about. Between the tight win percentages and the tiny soda cups that keep you running back for refills, it is a nicer place to sit but a harder place to win.

A 40-min wait to be seated, but they will text the party when your table is available. An abundance of food! Seasoned fries are delicious; all food was great! Reasonably priced sandwich dinners. Three-scoop ice cream sundae was large, too, but hit the spot. Was enough to share. They have a separate late-night menu (Sun, Wed, Th 9-10p / Fr, Sat 10-midnight) with still a good assortment of food available.

Got some chicken nachos, they were good. My server was nice. Wish they would bring back a buffet here, that would be good. Prices were not too high. You can use your casino comp money to eat here but please bring some cash to tip your server!

First time here. Service was fast, food was fast, quality was great for to go orders and everything held up nicely in the drive. Lots of brews on tap to choose from. Maki g my husband very happy as he loves October Fest Brews.
