We went at 4:30 on a Sunday for an early dinner after skiing. The food was great, and the atmosphere is fun, which makes it even sadder how bad the service was. There were only 3 other small groups, plus our group of 4, just to put the service in perspective. Our waitress was very friendly, but not the most on top of things. Our 2nd round of drinks was made by the bartender, and then just sat at the bar for over 10 minutes (10 feet from our table, mind you, the bartender could have easily walked them over especially after walking past them multiple times and seeing that no one had brought them to our table yet). We ended up just getting up and taking the drinks from the bar ourselves. We ordered chips and queso as well as 4 entrees, but had to ask her to bring the chips to the table before the food after waiting a lengthy amount of time, and by the time they did arrive, our entrees arrived less than 5 minutes later. As we were finishing our meals with empty glasses, our waitress asked if we needed anything else, to which we replied no, but she walked away before she could hear us ask for our checks. We waited another 10-15 minutes, but we never saw her again and eventually asked the bartender for our check. We ended up seeing our waitress on our way out in another room rolling silverware. Needless to say we were unimpressed and won’t be returning, even though there were other items on the menu we would have liked to have tried.

Great little restaurant/pub right in the heart of Elicottville! Very fun vibe with lots of old timey pub decor mixed with fun new stuff too. Food & service was great!! Looks like it would be a lot of fun on a weekend night too! Oh & if you bring in a picture of your face/head, they’ll put it on the ceiling. Lol.

We come here every year and have had fun with the entertainment here. However, we were sad to see that they have changed to trivia and no entertainment. The fries tasted like old grease and our service was sub par. Clean the fried grease and needs to come mptove the food and service.

Amazing experience at Holiday Valley! My son progressed incredibly fast with his snowboarding thanks to Justin’s coaching. He was patient, encouraging, and great at building confidence while keeping it fun. We’re so grateful for the support and instruction – couldn’t recommend Justin and the Holiday Valley lessons more!

If I could give 0 stars I would! I was looking forward to dining here. The menu looked amazing and the atmosphere seemed really cool. I purposely booked a reservation online days in advance to ensure my family and I could enjoy Balloons. Sadly, we did not get that opportunity. There was no host upon arrival, but totally understandable. We were seated within a few minutes which was fine. We sat for over 10 mins without even being greeted by a server. I’m a server…. it’s inexcusable! If someone would have come by and acknowledged us I would have been okay with that. I do this for a living… it’s quite simple “Hi folks just wanted to say hi I’ll be back in a few”. That would have sufficed. Instead we got nothing. After 10 mins of not being acknowledged my family and I got up and went elsewhere. From a management standpoint, I would want to know where flaws are in my business and where improvements need to be made. I’m incredibly bummed we didn’t get to enjoy a meal there. A table next to us never received their beer. The server seemed confused and was ordering them another beer but the customers explained they never got the one they ordered. This is such a shame. Such a cool place and the menu looked fantastic, but some management and training of employees is absolutely necessary and lacking.

Best wings I’ve had in my entire life… PERIOD! We have family vacation homes here and for years we’ve been enjoying the wings. We all crave them and look forward to them when we visit.
As far as the bar itself goes, it’s iconic – always a good time – good bands, great djs, dancing, and if you’re visiting during fall fest the beer tent is beyond a good time!
Staff is always awesome and friendly and patient – it’s an EVL institution! If you know, you know! 🙂

This is the 6th time we have been here. Usually they have live music. That makes the horrible food and so/so service worth it. Now no live music. Js. And it’s freezing. One last thing. I can’t get the taste of old fryer oil out of my mouth. Suck a dissapointing experience. We loved coming here.
