Excellent! A quaint place in Merritt Island. Great for a date night or larger event. Held a surprise birthday party and it was perfect. Food selection was amazing, and the service was great! Wine selection is abundant and diverse. The live music is always spectacular! Highly recommend for any occasion!

First time I went there just as the Cafe was closing around 4p and there was a group of ladies having a discussion. They said it was OK to enter and go in the back to order, so I did. It was a few minutes of my looking at the menu and no one came. A lady did walk through but didn’t say anything nor asked for my order. I decided to leave and passed back by the group and they looked puzzled as I walked out empty handed and proceeded to tell them I ought to run anyways. I was craving a tea so badly but also didn’t want to get caught in the rush hour. As I sat in the car, plotting my route home (they are about 45 mins away) a cute, short lady knocked on my window to talk and coax me back, though I really didn’t want to get caught by traffic on the way back home, however, she caught me when she graciously offered to cover my ticket, I accepted. Craving a London fog so badly and the lady who took my order knew how to make it and even added cinnamon on top. Loose leaf tea so none of that bleached tea bad remnants in my drink and it was beautiful. I would never have gone back if the chef didn’t come out to speak with me. Though it’s a drive, I still swing through.
After the Cafe closes, there’s a bit of a transition period, and it turns into a lounge and live music on certain nights. One day when my shift changes back. I’ll be able to go one weekend to check it out!

We went here for a Friday early evening light dinner. The place was empty at 5 pm. Apparently, the live music starts after 6:30pm. We tried their BBQ flatbread pizza, and it was delicious. Not too much BBQ sauce. Nice toppings and taste. The three soft pretzel sticks served with two types of mustard were excellent as well. My wife lakwd the hummus it I was not a fan of the diced olives that was served on top. The drinks were all good, and we even came back the next day for another cappachino. Great staff that was very accommodating.

Tucked away in Merritt Island is a hidden gem I recently discovered. By day, it’s a cozy café, and by night, it transforms into an inviting dining spot with live music from Wednesday through Sunday, starting at 7:30 PM.
The unassuming exterior might not catch your eye, but step inside—and especially onto the patio—and you’ll find yourself transported. The space is beautifully adorned with Balinese-inspired décor, creating a peaceful, almost dreamy atmosphere.
A friend and I stopped in for some appetizers and wines, thinking the outdoor heat might be too much. But the shaded patio, nestled under grand oak trees and cooled by gentle fans, made for a truly relaxing experience.
It just opened this past March. It’s definitely worth a visit. ☕️

What a great little spot! Ive seen dozens of local artists preform at dozens of different venues but Balbar is the best. Great food great service. They really take care of you. But the vibe of the whole place is just amazing. I highly recommend the whole place especially for music and that Key Lime pie! Thank you…. for a real good time!

Another cute coffee shop find and it’s right here in Merritt Island. This one is coffee shop by day and wine bar by night. A great space to hang out and unwind with friends or to work/read alone. The decor is all genuine Balinese and there are so many cool pieces to look at. There is ample seating indoors with different height and size seating. Outdoors there is even more space including a covered pavilion for live entertainment.
Service was very warm & friendly and the coffee was great. The Manager said he’d consider adding cider to the drinks menu and if that happens I’ll be back in the evening too. Overall, a great find and I plan to become a regular.
I can’t comment on the food because I didn’t notice any GF free options so I didn’t order.

It’s such a special place, and now has a much larger selection of food and drink. And the entertainment they bring in is top notch. This video features Just Be, an amazingly talented duo with a wide variety of songs.

Really impressed with this place. It was super nice and chill. Like the atmosphere there is amazing. The servers are all super sweet it was pretty slammed but our server always made sure to come over and tell us so there was plenty of communication, which I always appreciate. The drinks there were delicious and the pretzels I loved the stone mustard tasted like maybe horseradish in it very strong and the flavor was phenomenal if you like that strong horseradish type flavor I was like half mustard half pretzel. I thought for me personally the price was worth the flavor.
