Perfecta! I was looking for somewhere that Honduras cuisine was sold, which is a rare find in the local MD area. I wanted to get something authentic for my hondureño friend, and I’m so grateful to have lucked up and took a chance on Baleada Express. Everything was finished very quick. Food came out fresh and hot. Service was very friendly and welcoming. I ordered the Carne Molida meal and Pollo con Tajadas. And I mean, come on, look at these pictures. Need I say more??? 10/10. Will definitely be back!

This place is a gem. I tried the Carnitas ceibeño. The beef was cooked well and juicy. That salsas is a delicious with pickled red onions and thinly sliced cabbage combo. The fried plantains and thin and crispy. I just saw a loads of people just eating in their car and knew this was the spot.

Some great food from Honduras! It is a food truck at a gas station, so there wasn’t much atmosphere, but we ate at a park a mile down the road, which was perfect. Five of us went there, got various things, and all of us really enjoyed it. Service was really friendly – the guy at the counter was really friendly, and explained what things were. It took about 15min to make our food, but it was worth it. I’m a tourist, but if I was a local, I’d put this on my restaurant rotation.

Wow!! Usually I don’t leave reviews and I’ve seen this truck quite a few times while walking home from school but never chose to try it until now, the tacos and tortilla wrapped sandwiches were so good!!!

I absolutely love this place! The food is consistently amazing, with a menu that never disappoints. Every dish I’ve tried has been delicious, and the quality is always top-notch. The service is exceptional—the staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel right at home. On top of that, their prices are unbeatable, offering fantastic value for such great food and service. Highly recommend!

The food was fantastic. Daniel was nice enough to describe the menu to me and recommended a few dishes. The chicken and the beef were both really good and Horchata is a must try.
