I’ve been a loyal customer of this Baldino’s location, which is why this experience was so disappointing.
On 3/3/26 I ordered a tuna sub “Baldino’s way” with mayo and mustard. When I got to my car and opened it, the sandwich was extremely sloppy. Mayo and mustard were soaked through the bread, covering the inside of the wrapper and even smeared on the outside. It was clearly over-sauced and poorly assembled.
I went back inside and calmly explained that I wanted the sub, just not in that condition. The male working there (who appeared to be the owner) immediately began trying to argue with me, insisting that’s “how it’s made.” Instead of offering to remake it, he went back and forth with me with a very nasty, dismissive attitude.
I wasn’t asking for anything extra — just a properly made sandwich. After the unnecessary argument, I finally said just refund me, and he did.
What should have been a simple remake turned into an uncomfortable exchange because of his attitude. As a regular customer, I expected better customer service and professionalism.
Unfortunately, this experience makes me not want to return.

Ordered a large chicken salad sub (as I have many times before, admittedly more frequently from the Waters location) and they only cut halfway into the bread, so half of the sandwich is just bread. Not worth $13 and won’t be revisiting this location. As other people have said, there seems to be an issue with cleanliness as well- hope the new management figures it out!

No. Just no. “New Management”? They should have renamed this to “Baldino’s House of Horrors”. Came in, realized that I had something gross from the door handle on my hands, went to the restroom, washed my hands, and left without ordering food to wash my hands again somewhere else as the bathroom was just nasty. Every surface is visibly dirty, including the person behind the register. Food equipment visible from the front counter is filthy dirty, including the countertop slicer used to slice meat for sandwiches. Observed multiple food safety issues, with cross contamination being observed at least 6 times during my brief visit. Floors are dirty, with grime, debris and dead insects swept into corners. Windows and glass doors are filthy with fingerprints and greasy smudges. The nozzles of the soda fountain are visibly dirty, and even the front counter and register are coated with an aged patina of grime. The Doordash stickers being used as tape to hold up the passive-aggressive, mis-spelled handwritten signs on office paper stuck up everywhere are the icing on the cake. No food safety inspection certificate visible anywhere.

No clean tables. Had to clean one myself. Noone called out our order number so we didn’t know it was ready. Bread was overbaked and stale. Very slim on the toppings. No vinegar and oil even though we asked for it. We won’t be back here. I do not recommend this location.

Baldinos is the best sub sandwich you can get anywhere, hands down. Meat and cheese sliced to order on fresh bread with crisp toppings.
This location…Eh. Staff is very disinterested, radio and TV are both too loud. Could be more clean. The saving grace is that they do serve Baldino’s Giant Jersey subs.
If you’re willing for the drive, the Richmond Hill location is best setup. That guy has a passion for it and it shows.

This Baldinos used to be great! Now with these new owners its gone to shit. I waited over 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches that were both made wrong. They also had very little meat. Unbelievable they are going to overcharge people for such an skinny pathetic so called sandwich. The man also NEVER changed his gloves after ringing people up. So gross. Never again.

Arrived at 6:10pm on a Sunday(closes at 7pm) and couldn’t get a cheesesteak sub because they were close to closing time and were already cleaning up. Bad business ethic and obviously does not care for the customers. In addition, called ahead of time and was told they don’t take orders over the phone.

Nasty!! I ordered two half subs and it costed $17.84! Bread was soggy! No meat! Just a dried out sub!! Straight to the trash it went! I was told not to go to the one on Victory Drive but went anyway! New owners are not giving us our money worth! Never again!!
