Man, this place seems to get mixed reviews, but our experience was great. Bartender Ryan was a cool dude and the food was excellent. Really cool, mellow vibe and great music.

Awesome pizza.Cocktails were a bit pricey though- the first drink I ordered was mostly ice. Would have given five stars if the cocktails were more generous.

Ordered a salad and steak and cheese sub for takeout. Picked it up and got home to eat it and there was a bug inside my salad. Called to get refunded for my food and no one would answer and left a vm to call me back and never called me back. Highly recommend not to get food here.

The worst takeout pizza I have EVER ordered.
A simple margherita pizza tastes sweet and like it was made with tomato paste, not sauce. The mozzarella is like plastic. The pizza tastes as bad as it looks. Beyond disappointed.

*****BEWARE******I placed an order on 1/16/26 that was not only absolutely AWFUL but it looked like 3 day old food (as someone who has worked most of my adult life in kitchens, it was not anything I would have handed to a paying customer) and after multiple phone calls I am STILL waiting for a refund for it almost 2 weeks later! Absolutely ridiculous customer service and even worse food!!!!
Here’s an update, as I decided to stop getting the run around and go in person to receive my refund- the manager basically accused me of being a liar. At first said he remembered the conversation we had a week prior and my refund wasn’t processed due to an employee writing down the wrong total amount for my order; that’s really strange because I spoke to him directly, not anyone else. Then said I never placed an order so I had to provide him with the order information I had in my email. Then tried saying he had never spoken to me on the phone at all. After our interaction a week ago, this man called me from his personal cellphone (which let’s be honest- it’s 2026 and I’m not answering a number I don’t know and he very easily could have used the company phone to call me back, but didn’t) and then said he had reached out to me twice- you didn’t, but that’s okay because in his eyes I’m a liar. Should I have not used a few swear words? Absolutely. But you kind of can’t blame someone for being beyond frustrated after almost two weeks of getting the run around!
This is a prime example of extremely poor customer service. Making a customer wait 13 DAYS for a refund is absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional and will now become an experience I will have no issue telling everyone about!
There are so many other small businesses out there that will treat you better than this and I hope you will pass on choosing this place as an option!

I have been going to Baldies for years. over the past year, they have gone downhill drastically. I have not been able to go there one time without something being wrong whether it’s raw pizza after waiting an hour. or it’s the wrong order completely. Last night we had a birthday party and ordered pizza and chicken fingers. We asked for extra honey mustard sauce as the honey mustard sauce is a favorite. We picked up our takeout order and went home upon arriving home found we did not have the honey mustard so we went back 20min to get the honey mustard. got an attitude from the girl at the counter she handed us a bag, said it was our honey mustard and we drove home. When we got home, Open the bag and there were french fries inside that we didn’t order and no honey mustard. We called the restaurant to speak to a manager about it and the servers refused to let us speak to a manager. We will never be going back again and they were a once a week visit for us. The bar staff is good and always a pleasure but the takeout people and kitchen are horrible.

I’ve been here a few times, for dining in as well as takeout. We have always had good success here when looking for a delicious, local place to eat! If you’re in the area, it’s a short drive away from the train station, and the booths aren’t too cramped. They also have regular tables and high top tables with TVs going all around. I ordered takeout from Baldies Pizza in Lakeville and was given a 25-minute wait time. I arrived exactly 25 minutes later and was told they were waiting on “one more item.” I waited patiently.
After another 25 minutes, I was still standing there. My order number was 50, and during that time they served at least nine other customers who arrived after me, last serving number 60. My wife and one-year-old were waiting in the car for what was now over 30 minutes, so at that point I asked for a refund.
I was told I’d need to wait for the manager. By the time the manager came over, the order was suddenly “ready,” so they refused the refund and instead offered a $10 gift certificate for the inconvenience. I declined and explained I didn’t plan on coming back.
When I got home, half the order was piping hot, while both pizzas and my fries were soggy and lukewarm, clearly having sat around.
Between the excessive wait, poor communication, and inconsistent food quality, this was a frustrating experience. I won’t be returning

Follow-up trip today to Baldies. Headed up after 4pm, so the brick oven pizza would be available. Started with some yum yum fries. For pizza, we went with the Meat Lover’s again, buffalo chicken and chicken Mozambique. Pizza was excellent. Have tried the General TSO’s, Golden BBQ Chicken and Chicken Mozambique on previous trips, which are good as well. Definitely prefer the brick oven versions over the conventional, so plan accordingly. Today’s meat lovers was just as good as previous trips, does have a little flop, good amount of toppings, sauce was excellent, overall taste was excellent and the crust had a good crunch despite the flop. Service was great. No issues, quick prompt service. Been here multiple times. Video was from most recent trip. Google 5, 7.5/10.

I’ve been here a few times and have had great experiences! The staff is nice and timely on getting drinks and food to you. Went the other day and got a pomegranate margarita which was great. I recommend getting their nachos they are so good and filled with all the best toppings. I found out they have tater tots and they were an absolute 10/10 so crispy. The short rib tacos are also a must!
