Always make a point to ear here when in town. I have never had anything I didn’t like. Everyone in our party ordered something different so we could taste each other’s dinner. We did order the Spanakopita this time. The flaky Phyllo was so light with the flavorful filling that melted in your mouth. We ordered Half-Chicken with Orzo and Broccoli, (juicy and flavorful), Smoky Rib Papperdelle, Fettuccine Alfredo, and the Lobster Ravioli. Ezra our waiter was so personable and friendly. The only thing I had a hard time with was I felt like I couldn’t talk to the rest of our party without raising my voice since the music was loud.

We ordered the empanadas as an appetizer. They were really good, and I could have eaten 10 of them as my meal . I had the ribeye, which was good, but overpriced. If you know how to cook steak, you can honestly make better ones at home. However, my bf had the pork chop and we both felt that while it was juicy, it lacked flavor. We were seated in the sun room area and it was extremely warm in there. Our waitress was laissezfaire which made us feel unwelcome. We splurged and got the tiramisu and brownie cheesecake for dessert. The cheesecake was rich, but had great flavor. The tiramisu didn’t have any flavor at all, couldn’t even taste a hint of coffee flavor. They are made daily, so it could have just been an off day ‍♀️ the place is overpriced for what you get.

Fantastic dinner at Balcony One. We had the Spanakopita and the Beef Carpaccio as starters, followed by the Pork Chop and the Oven Roasted Chicken. We found all the dishes cooked to perfection. We were told that the owners of the place were Greek, so we asked for red wine from Greece and our server made a great recommendation that paired our food perfectly. Right before the end of our dinner, Chef Edgar Lopez approached our table and we had a nice chat with him. Super cool guy who knows his stuff! Balcony One is truly a gem in the desert!

On vacation, stopped in here for dinner one night, my husband said it was the best pork chop he ever had and we shared a dessert that was amazing. Chocolate flourless delight! Soooo after another day of hiking stopped in again, sat at the bar this time and had some of the best drinks in Utah and another great meal! Was followed by a rainstorm and a rainbow as we were leaving! Great vibe, great food and drinks in Virgin! Really great spot to stop, we will be back next time for sure!

I’ve traveled across more than ten states over the past years, I never expected to find the best meal of all my U.S. trips.
But I did. And it blew me away.

What made this meal unforgettable wasn’t luxury ingredients or fancy plating — it was the way everything was cooked to perfection.

We started with the Fresh Onion Soup, when I broke into the top, steam rose from the soup like a little hot spring, and the smell alone made me pause. That first bite — warm, rich, and cheesy — melted away all the day’s exhaustion.

The Pork Chop was unforgettable — beautifully caramelized on the outside, tender and juicy inside. The sides — Brussels sprouts, mashed potatoes, and a fresh salad — were just as thoughtfully prepared. Easily the best pork chop I’ve ever had.

The Fettuccine was just as impressive. The pasta was perfectly cooked, coated in a creamy Alfredo sauce that felt indulgent but not heavy. The black pepper and parsley added a lovely freshness. Simple, balanced, and absolutely delicious.

We arrived around 5pm, with golden sunlight spilling over a charming pink house. Inside, the warm wooden tables and soft light created a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The service was lovely. And while eating, I found myself watching the kitchen — the chefs, quietly focused, moving with both energy and order. I admired them so much. There was a moment when I thought, If I could one day cook a meal that made someone feel this happy and full of life, I’d consider that a meaningful life.

I don’t usually write reviews. In fact, this is my first ever Google review — and I’m giving it to this restaurant. That’s how much it meant to me. I want everyone in the world to eat here.

What a wonderful little gem. Hannah, our server was amazing. She was so sweet and helpful. Gave us the best recommendations and the service. Food was delicious. There was a live band playing – Riverhouse Band who made the night very entertaining. Highly recommend.

Food was amazing! We came in after hiking all day in Zion, and were impressed! The owner came by our table and talked to us and told us her husband was Greek and designed a lot of recipes himself, and the chef worked under Wolfgang puck in Las Vegas. Roasted chicken was tender and scratch lemon sauce was great! Pork chop also tasted amazing. Tried southwest salad and while it was great, next time I’d try the Greek salad. They bring out bowls to share the salad if you are eating it to share! Also had flourless chocolate cake and was super good! Really enjoyed talking with the owner! Hostess was also friendly!

We ate here twice on our visit to Zion and wanted to go a third time!

Honestly, this restaurant doesn’t belong in middle of nowhere Utah, it belongs in LA or San Francisco.

Everything is top notch. The soanikopita was better than I’ve ever had.

Go early and sit at the bar or call for reservations. Enjoy. Mail me ribs and spanikopita
